Topiom Avis 

Created order 8/2 through Amazon. Rails arrived as promised via Amazon Prime option. This is the reason I chose this product. 3 Days later I had to contact seller to find out when the remaining packages would arrive, not wanting them to be stolen. It took a week for the seller to get tracking numbers for me.

This seller knows the package comes in parts and should've been well prepared to ship them out in a timely manner. I'm expected to get all parts in 3 weeks. I requested to be compensated and the seller suggested they can speed up a package already shipped. Very insulting, considering it suggest they had the option to ship it faster or could contact the shippers and say "could you hurry it up"

Going to update this if possible. Does not come with batteries and 2 different sets of rechargeable batteries do not fit. Battery cover will not fit back on computer. $500 + and can't include 4 AA batteries.

The QR code goes to a non English website that appears to be out of order.

Excellent product and great service from Topiom all round. Very quick delivery after placing the order, all parts present and simple to construct. Machine works brilliantly and really makes exercising more fun than just running etc. Stores away securely when not being used. Looking forward to getting many years of enjoyment from it... Great product with great customer service. One of footplates was slipping and they sent me another part quickly to sort it. Highly recommend. Cheaper than buying health insurance (overall).

Wir haben eine Rudermaschine von Topiom im Haushalt und sind vollends damit zufrieden. Der Holzrahmen wirkt hochwertig und fügt sich damit in den Wohnraum ein, das Trainingsgerät lässt sich einfach senkrecht verstauen und funktioniert problemlos und leise, bei gehobener Zimmerlautstärke kann man mMn durchaus neben bei fernsehen oder Radio hören (mit so manchem Rollentrainer fürs Rad ist das z.B. nicht möglich). Ich nutze das Gerät ausschließlich manuell und ohne Computer, das Interface und die dazugehörige App sind leider recht altmodisch - es wäre auch nett, wenn ANT+ unterstützt würde, um etwa Fitnessuhren zu koppeln (obwohl beispielsweise der Bewegungssensor meiner Garmin fast auf die gleiche Schlagzahl kommt). Mir persönlich wird (trotz Sportkleidung) der Hocker/Sitz nach ca. 30 Minute etwas unbequem, aber das ist wohl eine individuelles Problem.

Ein schönes und solides Gerät. Ganz kleine Abstriche wg. teils nicht exakt passender Schraubenlöcher, fehlender Füllstandsanzeige (in Liter) oder fehlender Fersenpolster in den Fußschlaufen. Aber im Prinzip rundum zufrieden mit dem Gerät.

Bestellvorgang und Lieferung schnell und einwandfrei.
Der Aufbau ist sehr einfach, das Gerät sieht gut aus und läuft von Anfang an "wie geschmiert". Holzqualität etwas minderwertiger als beim Original WR.
Großer Kritikpunkt: der Computer V2, der bei mir dabei war. Außer die Zeit anzeigen kann er eigentlich nichts. Die angezeigten Daten und ohne Relevanz (Meter, Kalorien, ...) und eine Verbindung per BT funktioniert auch nicht. Ob es sich lohnt den TM3 zu kaufen, kann ich nicht beurteilen.
Insgesamt ist das Gerät seinen Preis wert und die Firma Topiom zuverlässig.

Das Rudergerät kommt in 2 Paketen und ist auch alleine recht schnell zusammengebaut. Die Funktion des Ruderns an sich ist einwandfrei und das Gefühl ist nur minimal schlechter als das des WaterRowers eines Freundes. Ich wollte kurz vor dem Eintreffen des TM3 Trainingsmonitors bestellen und auf Nachfrage bekam ich für Bestellung einen Gutschein für den selbigen. Der Service war schnell, kompetent und hilfreich. Auch wenn der TM3 mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung, USB-Lademöglichkeit für Akkus und insgesamt mehr Funktionen (bis auf die fehlende Herzfrequenz) bietet als der TM2 ist er doch nur eingeschränkt nutzbar z.B. für Intervalltrainings o.ä. da nur max. 9 Intervalle möglich sind und auch immer nur Intervalle und Pause in Minutenabständen eingestellt werden können. Für diese Art von Training kann ich den Topiom zumindest nicht ohne Nutzung von Kinomap (was einwandfrei mit dem FitShow-Profil funktioniert) empfehlen, für alles andere jedoch ist er sehr gut geeignet und sieht auch noch schick aus.

I love my rowing machine! It is perfect for a full body workout and cardio!! And a great way to do a great full body workout when you are short on time.

Das Rudergerät funktioniert super und leise, für den erstmaligen Aufbau sollte man sich ca eine Stunde Zeit nehmen. Der Service des Unternehmens ist gut, auf Nachfragen wurde immer rasch und persönlich reagiert. Für mich als Freizeitruderer ohne Leistungsanspruch das optimale Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr schönes Gerät. Der Sport damit macht Spaß. Und wenn es ungenutzt ist, steht es sehr hübsch anzusehen im Wohnzimmer.

Das Rudergerät baute sich gut auf und funktioniert wie es soll. Einziger kleiner Punkt für Verbesserungen: Das Gerät kam in zwei Kartons ohne Ankündigung mit verschiedenen Tracking Nummern, das war etwas lästig.

After a lot of research into buying a water rower I came across Topiom and their product + reviews looked great. I'm glad that I made the decision to purchase one of their rowers.
I've owned it now for about a year and it's been so easy to use and very good build quality. There was a slight issue with the seat which tore (I put this down to my usage as I use it pretty much every day), Topiom's Customer Service were very helpful and agreed to replace free of charge.
Can't recommend Topiom enough.

I bought a Topiom rower during lockdown, it's a study piece of kit in general, and I've used it hard.

I had a minor issue with some plastics failing and customer services bent over backwards to help and support me with spares and priority delivery, they even gave me a discount on an upgraded monitor. This is a brand who are keen to provide great after sales service.

I had a problem with my electronic pump not working. I contacted Topiom and Josie immediately sorted out a replacement for me. No quibble. I've contacted Topiom in the past over a couple of minor issues and Josie couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent customer service all round and the Topiom rower is superb. I absolutely love these piece of kit. Excellent quality and so stylish. I cannot fault Topiom and I highly recommend them.

We saw this rowing machine when we visited a friend's house and it caught our eyes right away. It stood up against the wall like a piece of art...the rest is history. We cannot find this in Amazon and so approached the brand directly. They won't ship to Isle of Man, and so we paid extra shipment to arrange a carrier to transport over. Our order finally came in but the accessories and the wooden panels were in different colors, and the wooden panel has a crack. Informed the customer service team (Josie), another new set of machine was immediately depatched all the way to Isle of Man! We are very impressed with the outstanding customer service. The machine itself is a joy to use, easy to assemble and not taking up space. Our elder son hates jogging but he could not stop using this machine and so it is has now become our family's favorite!

Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday by two deliveries. Not sure why they use two different delivery companies but hey ho. Came within a few hours of each other. Went together really nicely and is a lovely thing to behold. Important as we keep ours in the kitchen. Much quieter in use than we expected, we had air rowers before and they are noisy. Only been a few days but really impressed. Needed to get in touch with customer service. Maxxie has been excellent. 5 stars all round so far!
