$158000 gone these people are scammers my so called broker was Mark Austin don’t get involved with them once they have your money it all stops and when they say you can have your money you’ll be asked to go on anydesk then it’s all gone after that they’ll tell you you lost your money trading all done from your end

In the beginning, mr stern and mr becker were friendly. But then they had my 5250 euro and nobody answered. no answer to emails and calls. Pure rip off !!!!!!

I lost 10K on it due to the fact that I asked to windraw the money, next they phoned me back said wanted to help to withdraw the money but they drained all the money. I ask what happened and they responded my account do not have money. Be careful everyone, these people are professional scammers. I reported to the police and FBI, UK police.

They said they want to give pay my initial investment back just so they can save their reputation. Let me tell you, ANOTHER FREAKING SCAM!!! They sent me an invoice under CRA (not topmarketcap) saying if i want my initial investment back I need to pay the invoice balance first and then they will transfer the money to me. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I would say put your money in a more trusted platform like where you have control over your investments. You will get equally good return and you will sleep better at night knowing your money is safe.

They are scammer, Jennifer my agent control the app, initially, she showed me an increase and then asked me to put more money. As soon I put some more money it starts losing. Now I am sending her emails and she is not calling me back. I am sending emails to return my funds, but no response received.

Beware - these guys are scammers!! It's great in the beginning - Zac spent an hour or so with me on the phone explaining and showing me how it all works, after I'd put money (twice the minimum amount unfortunately) in of course. A week later he spent more time and my 'wallet' increased, but something felt wrong. I decided to quit and put in a request to withdraw my original investment. 3 months later (and numerous emails) they have still not returned my money.

the biggest scam going, they took my money, bitcoin quadrupled in value and after months of haggling, I still cannot even get my original investment back. Do not invest in this company

I joined TMC 01/21 & in 03/21 I closed my account and submitted a full withdrawal request amounting to a large sum of money which was to be converted back to BTC. Its still a Pending Withdrawal. Response from TMC in respect to repeated requests to process the withdrawal is the same as Ernies review.

I joined Top Market Cap on Jan 25/21. Initially things were fine while I was contributing funds. Then on Mar 04/21, I requested a small withdrawal. It has been "pending" since then and all communication has stopped, except for emails to customer service. Their reply to my request for clarification is "Your query has been forwarded to the relevant department and is currently under review"

I have seen other similar reports on Trustpilot. Can anyone help me with advice in this situation?

This company is the biggest scam possible, wants you have money in the exchange you don get it out.

There phone numbers is all no show, they don't answer the calls.

If you want to withdraw money, your request is pending for days with no responds from any consultant.

So my advices to you is to look for a better exchange with better review and results

Under their terms a withdrawal would take 7 - 10 days,it is now over 3 weeks,and 2 emails to Contact Us link has stated somebody will contact you in a couple of days,nobody has contacted me ,even the trader I was dealing with,has not replied to emails

They help you “grow” your money and pump you up. The customer service was pretty good.......
But then when you go to withdraw. Everything changes. They make it impossible. Iv been trying to withdraw my money for the last 2 weeks!!

If I receive my payout... I’d give it 100/100 but the way things are looking, if I could give less stars I would.

I opened my account on January 13. 2021 with the help of a (little) German speaking person, who helped me to transfer my money into this account very engaged.
After sleeping about 1 night a decided not to play with stocks and wanted to quit this account on the next day.
Suddenly nobody was available anymore. Up to today (Febr. 15.) I got no information that the account will be closed, nor was my money transfered back to me. Next week I will give it to my lawyer!!!
