I paid for nothing

I paid for a Diablo IV Lord of Hatred DLC. I paid on June 8th, and as of June 15th, still nothing. I accepted the Battlenet friendship on June 9th, but after days, still nothing. At this point, I'm wondering: is it a scam?
I've sent numerous emails to seek clarification, but I'm still waiting for a response to many.

Item NOT delivered

Delivery time says 72-96 hours, and as of 15th June, I am at 150 hours with nothing (a full week), and they didn't respond to any of my support tickets either. I placed my order on the 8th.

I have escalated the issue with Kinguin, and I hope they ditch this merchant as soon as they can based on the other reviews here.

The only "new staff" they are hiring is ChatGPT to respond on this website too which is frankly just insulting.

They didn’t not deliver what I paid for in the window of 96 hours and no response from the support.

I would rate this seller with 0 but it’s not possibile.

Delivery window missed, no product

Was promised a 72-96 hour delivery window. Currently 115 hours in, and no sign of progress.
Last night after the latest delivery time was missed I opened a ticket, no response to that yet either.

As others mentioned the FAQ, Help Center, ToS and several other parts of the website do not function. Opening a ticket works, but if delivery windows are being missed so consistently, a lot of negative reviews could be avoided by just communicating clearly.

I hope I'll be able to update this review once I actually receive the product, but even then this store could do with a lot of improvements.

EDIT:
I have now received the product as ordered. I honestly wouldn't have minded the wait if the seller was transparent about it before the purchase. A little transparency goes a long way.

To give you full transparency, we are currently experiencing a significant bottleneck. Alongside a high volume of new orders, a massive wave of older clients recently completed their prerequisites (like accepting friend requests), causing all their deliveries to trigger at the exact same time. This compounded our queue and pushed us past your 96-hour window.

Edit this has now been resolved it just took alot longer than they said. If they were honest with the turn arpund times this could be better

Like other reviewers have stated, you’re not going to get the battle net gift in 96 hours…. But it didn’t take a week or 10 days either. We got ours at the 104 hour mark. Not bad but not ideal… this isn’t a bird feeder ordered on Amazon where you don’t care if it comes tomorrow or in two weeks. It’s a highly anticipated purchase. I would highly suggest TopPlayer.gg update their communications to indicate their current backlog and state an average current delivery window above actual so as to set the bar low and if they come in sooner…. GREAT!!

It says: instant delivery but it takes ages.

10 days no delivery

Its been 10 days and i still don't have my gift game. And its no sight my game on the horizon. Its terrible. Never again. No support respond, no any info.

Poor customer support

Well, the product was received, however... not great service. Easily the most disappointed I've been with a grey market site.

I acknowledge there's a 72h wait for Battlenet products - understandable, you can't bypass that. However, they did not deliver the product at the 72h mark. They didn't deliver it at 96 hours, either. It's only 5 days after ordering that I received it. And reading these reviews, this seems to be pretty common. If you can't deliver on time, don't advertise yourselves as "72h-96h" when it more often than not seems to be much longer than that! And yes yes high volume but I'm afraid I can't see that as anything other than a copout excuse. I asked for an update after 80 hours and they said I'd get it within the next 12 hours - but I didn't get it then either.

If you do buy from them you should seriously consider doing it from a 3rd party site as I don't know how much I'd trust this seller for a refund if needed. You should also weigh in how much you're saving, if it's just like 5-10 bucks... is it worth it to you to wait a week? For me, unlikely I purchase here again..

Waited more then 100 hours no response

1 Star: Waited more then 100 hours no response, product not delivered this is just a scam, avoid do not buy from topplayer

I will give them 3 stars coz they finally delivered the product but it took around 130 hours instead of 72.

Like everyone said, paid on 29 april, still nothing after more than 100h of friend list on Battle. And that is a HUGE problem if the strenght of your site is based on FAST responses and FAST distribution time, like you claim in every single mail and site you appear, even in your tickets. The customer service is near to non-existent, and the site is falling down to pieces. Dunno if trustworthy or not, will udate then.

Edit: After more than 100 Hours, product received, so ill update to 3 stars, but man, the lack of communication is a CRUCIAL matter, and you need to communicate in case of delays, these kind of things happens but you need to be faster expecially if you make the speed your trademark

Delayed response, otherwise fine.

Paid on 29th of April, did not receive anything after 72 hours. I got through the instruction and added the required friends. But now, nothing happens.

Update: Received an information here, that there's a delay of one day. Later, I got the product without any issues. I'd consider the interaction average, which may be due to the third party involved.
