i ordered a pillow a few months ago it wasnt what i ordered and they refuse to send me a postage returns label which to begin with they said they would if it was not as advertised, im still waiting after many months,, i have emailed numerous times now they ignore me and won't' even reply. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM THEY ARE A SCAM, you won't get your money back if theres a fault.

The bracelt I purchased was much better quality than I expected very good price reasonable delivery considering the distance, I will certainly use the company again many thanks.

Lovely quality pillow, feels very soft.
Downside is the size and shape. It is square like european pillows not oblong like british shaped pillows therefore no pillow case to fit and will subsequently have to purchase a square case.
Although despatch was as requested later than a specific date, I hadn't realised it was coming from China. Despatch was described in the advert as 3 days.

This pillow is so soft and I had a brilliant night's sleep from the first time I used it. The delivery was a bit slow. I didn't realise it was coming from China.

Took a while to be delivered , but works fine

this item is better than I expected and at great price but the delivery was a bit on the slow side I did not realise that the item was being shipped from china and not from your company

Rude customer service a total waste of space!
Bought a pair of waterproof earbuds which took 1 week before it was dispatched, over a week later and I am still waiting. This was a birthday present which would arrive too late. Tried to call and you are only able to get through to an ansaphone. Emailed and told them to cancel my order and issue a refund.
Got an extremely rude reply back and the level of rudeness got worst on each reply from them.
Do not waste your time and buy from this company! I wish I had read the reviews myself.
After dealing with the atrocious service I can understand why they have so many 1 star reviews,

I have recd my parcel but recd very late even paid for priority delivery.

Good product, but took a long time to arrive.

I purchased a fishing knot tool and it wasn’t delivered. I emailed the customers Service and was told to contact the courier company and organise a claim. As far as I’m concerned it’s their responsibility to make sure it’s delivered to my address and why should the customer have to go to that extent? One would expect them to send me out a new item without any questions. Also, they never gave me who the Courier was and I doubt it was ever sent

I WAS DUPED BY THIS COMPANY TO REDACT MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AS I ORDERED A RYOKO ROUTER AND RECEIVED A VERY POOR FAKE , THE PERSON AT TOPVIRA WANT IT RETURNED TO AN ADDRESS IN KANSAS USA . YEAH RIGHT , SO INSTEAD I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THERE CHAMBER , ( commerce ) . . VERY HELPFUL. THIS COMPANY ARE OBVIOUSLY USED TO PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE RETURNS AND USE THE USA ADDRESS AS A WAY OF PUTTING CONSUMERS OFF THIS OPTION . HAVE TRIED TO BE PATIENT AND REASONABLE BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO PLAY BALL . A SHAME AS MAKING MONEY LEGITIMATELY IS HARD .

I odred a pair of walking shoes very pleased with them but they say they are leather but they not but they are very comfortable so will be keeping them has sending them back would be to much trouble. Kevin Whitehouse

great game, love it. arrived in ample time as coming from overseas.

It said delivery between 7th and 12th it’s 7th today and not shipped yet. Contacted the customer care but no response. No information whatsoever.
