I have been using this platform actively, applying to jobs where I am supposedly a 'top match', yet the experience is incredibly frustrated. The platform lacks basic credibility:

Ghosting is systemic: You apply, rank high, and then... silence. There are no notifications about the process status whatsoever.

No communication channels: There is absolutely no way to contact the companies or the job posters to follow up. You are completely walled off.

Disconnected from reality: Even when trying to cross-reference companies on reliable platforms like LinkedIn, there is no response or correlation. It feels like applications go into a black hole.

It seems the platform prioritizes metrics over real human connections. A waste of time for serious candidates.

Torre has been an incredible tool for finding candidates. What stands out to me about the platform is its simplicity and how straightforward the process is. It’s an all-in-one platform that makes job searching and candidate selection easier.

The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing me to filter candidates based on the skills and experience I need.

Not only does Torre save time, but it also enhances the quality of hires. I would definitely recommend Torre to optimize their hiring processes and find top talent.

Waste of time. They want your information and contacts and then “we are in a growth phase and need to put this on hold”

It's a scam, when you apply for a role, they rate you based on how much information and "genomas" and how much you use the platform rather than skills and experience. Its just designed to extract your data

SCAMERS!! I enter the program by the promess to pay them once you get a job. At the 3rd sesion with them, them did not want to continue with me the program and stop the coaching, and now they are claiming 350 usd to pay them for the sesions.
I spoke with the CEO and he start mocking me.
Now they are sending me emails that they will put me on the debt center if I don't pay them.
Awful company that just want to scam people, with intentions to get a job.

They have a terrible culture. They hire you with a lot of promises and when you get in the number one rule of the leaders is scarying you each months with firing you to get better results. Leaders? More like bullies.

Aside from that there is tons of inestability because they do not even know if the company is profitable. So they also threaten to close it and kick everyone out each Q.

The only bright side is that they pay “well”. But what is good money if it is not going to last much? A time bomb.

Asked them to stop contacting me as I only wanted to use the website.
Took 9 emails, even had to reach out to CEO.
The stopped contacted me but also deleted my account.

They attract sincere and honest people wanting to find a job. They get your data, they process it, and never tell you what they do with it. Next they "rank" you for a position and you (obviously) don't look good. Then they start spamming you to "upgrade" skills, etc...trying to sell something. Yo cannot delete your data from their "dark" site. It's concerning.

I've been 'unemployed' a long time. I've been self-employed working remotely for 20 years. Steady real income, the opportunity to work directly with others, and a new challenge were missing. Given my past, finding employment was not working. I found Torre. Different and the 'steering wheel' isn't like everyone else... BUT they found me a fun and exciting job. Begin now and create your genome. You'll figure it out. I did.

Do not use this website to find freelancers. You have no leverage over them. Torre just wants you money to help find freelancers, but have no oversight over them. Hence, loads of risk for business looking to hire talent. If you get stuck with a lousy freelancer, Torre will not help. Please stay away!

A ridiculous, dehumanizing job service that enacts parasitic policies to suppress candidates that don't want to enter very private details about their personal life.

Torre has been an awesome tool to find candidates for the open positions I have had during the last year and a half.
What I like the most about the process is that it is really simple and straight forward. An all in one platform to find and seek jobs.

A +10 for you and for the companies that are in Torre that promote a new way of finding work.

As a hiring person who's been in the struggle for great talent for a while now, I can tell many people will miss the point.
The platform is obviously in the development stages and needs some improvements. And they are actively engaging and asking users to build the right fixes and tools. The potential of the idea is huge!
I particularly loved the "Genome" system they have. though a bit lacking when it comes to people committing to it, it still provides insights more than any other job board I've used.
People are extremely polite, and they seem smart to anticipate my needs. They were ready to jump in on a call to help with my hiring project and got 2 positions filled. Took a while, but the new team members walked into our agency with extreme harmony. As if we've been working with each other for years! You don't get this level of matching elsewhere.
I recommend it. Needs some commitment and patience, but it pays off in the end.

Very strange website. They don't have accounts on FB or Twitter. It's hard to get in contact with them. They seem to be from Colombia.
If you are about to start joining their website, you need several days to upload and create your CV in their website.

Utter crap. Don't waste your time on this website and definitely don't give them your email address because the spam wont stop.

If any company is advertising roles using this crap system then just email the company directly.

They create an account for you which you then can't delete and will send you emails even if you don't verify your email address. The only reason I'm writing this bad review is because of these super shady practices otherwise I usually let stuff like this go.
