Good quality leather case, seems to be well designed and constructed. No issued fitting my phone and several cards into a slots.
Very fast shipping and nicely packaged parcel.

Quality product. This is my second generation of Torro phone wallets and I would buy again.

I have no choice but to leave at least one star but prefer to give zero. For any Australian customers, this is a UK/Euro company despite the .com.au website and how it appears to be shipped from Australia. If you don't like the items purchased you will need to pay a huge amount to have the items returned, probably same price as the items themselves. DO NOT DO IT. Torro has been misleading and deceptive in not disclosing the return address for Australian customers. You can find nicer products locally with easy return options.

Superb practical design, quality leather and aesthetically pleasing product. Delivery was efficient offering options to suit the buyer. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

This review is strictly related to the online and delivery experience (not the product).
One of the reasons I placed the order was the impression that I was buying from an Australian-based business. That is the impression Torro clearly are trying to create with the AU domain and SEO in place.
There is nothing on the website to indicate anything other than this conclusion. To me, that leans towards a ‘deceit’ and ‘subterfuge’. Perhaps a little harsh but I feel you understand what I mean here.
All it would require addressing this is clearly stating that items are shipped from the UK. Two things were a bit strange when I placed my order: 1) the shipping charge dynamically changed from $15 to $18.99 for no reason; and 2) I received the DHL shipment relatively late in time of day (now I understand due to time difference).

Whilst I was waiting for the item to be delivered, I received a Marketing email (trying to cross-sell) from "Rob, eCommerce Manager at TORRO".
I basically replied intermediately with the above feedback regarding my experience on 19th May...it is now the 29th May and I have had no acknowledgement regarding online experience.
Well, today I received their email for a Trustpilot feedback....here you go!

The cover set was inncorect and not the one ordered.

Very pleased with the prompt delivery of my iPhone 17 leather case, and my iPad leather case also. The products are of great quality and fit, and are a very practical design and construction also. It was easy to purchase on the website on my phone, the product arrived quickly, which was a relief. I was a bit unsure whether the product was coming from overseas, that wasn’t clear on the site. So I felt I was taking a gamble when ordering it and was very relieved it arrived within 2 days. The quality of the leather is very good, and several people have commented positively on the phone cover, especially the burnt orange colour.

I was looking for a quality leather phone case, what I found was a range of high quality, beautfully designed mens accessories that have distinction and class in every detail.
The service from Rob and his team was outstanding. I highly recommened Torro.

Great product. Quality finish. Fits a couple of suits comfortably and very easy to carry around. Stylish garment bag.

Prompt arrival of a phone cover that feels so nice in the hand. Closure works well and has already stayed shut nicely a couple of time when toddler dropped the phone. Also easy to open without unclipping so magnet strength right. Made recharging easy to position with closure strap midline and magsafe charging working well if you put cards inside card slots inside cover seems a bit tight although youcan certainly do so. With driver’s license and credit cards apps physical cards getting less needed and enough room for a bit of cash. Could have been a bit more width to the spine would have been better but overall I’m very happy.

WARNING DEFECTIVE DESIGN stay away!!!!:
The back protective bezel that is supposed to be raised above the lenses is BELOW THEM.
This provides no protection and I now have 3 scratches on my new 17 Pro Max phone.
A report to TORRO with photo proof was met with indifference and no acknowledgement of this obvious fault.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS.

High quality and superb looking case for my S26 Ultra. Love the added initials too! Highly recommend them.
