Tosave Avis 

Do not buy from ToSave... Fraudulent shop, doesn't send stuff then claims it was lost in transit. Offers to re-send it, then it still doesn't arrive. Created a dispute through paypal, and they just promised to send it again. dispute closed, still no products, and still no refund, and nothing i can do about it.

I paid for several items in July '18. One line was nil stock so I was refunded. Tosave on line account facility indicated the balance was sent. They never arrived. I noted no tracking was provided. Hence several communications back and forth. Promises and assurances were made and then a so called 2nd (fictitious) lot were dispatched. Not surprisingly they also didn't arrive. Through this process I researched previous Ebay payments and found there is an Ebay seller that I had used that is directly associated with Tosave. My experience makes me suspect the Ebay site is there to gain contact information and channel customers away from it to a less reliable independent business. When I requested a refund and advised them of my suspicions everything went very silent, again surprise,surprise!

A follow-up on my earlier review. They finally responded be email, and assured me the items were going to be replaced. That was in late July 2018. It's now September 2018 and I have yet to receive anything. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! ALL LIES!

I'm trying to work out if this tosave that is now spamming me is from a recent ebay purchase. Has anyone else bought from ebay seller tt-922 recently? I've been checking my recent sellers and this one matches ebay items for sale with the items on tosave.com

This company harvests your email address from ebay and then sends you spam without any way of unsubscribing from it.

Not sure exactly when I encountered these as I have never made a purchase directly from their website, but they are spamming me on en e-mail I use for ebay and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to stop. They claim they respect my privacy, but after more than 5 requests asking them to stop, sent to both the support e-mail they include as well as their support form on the web site, I can safely say they ignore it. If my experience with their (lack of) customer service is an indicator of their general attitude then I would pass on this site as I would rather not have to deal with them like this if something were to be wrong with anything purchased from them. Purchasing something from the site I cannot say anything about, but they do not show themselves worthy of my trust or a purchase.

Ordering small stuff seems to be OK, but slightly larger stuff, in my case a MT3 ER32 Collet chuck and some minor accessories turned into a nightmare. They sent the minor accessories (the cheap parts) but did not pack the Collet Chuck set (The expensive part) After no response from the Customer (dis)service department, I lodged a dispute with Pay Pal. They said, in what seemed to be a pro-forma message, that International mail sometimes gets lost ... BULLSH!T The collet chuck would normally be packed with the two minor accessories. What did it do, melt out of the packaging? Anyway, they eventually sent the collet chuck...a month later and guess what, it was wrong, They sent an MT2 chuck in a box that said MT3 !! So after another week of argybargy with PayPal's dispute resolution I was offered my money back $59 if I sent the goods back to ToSave by Registered Mail. This would cost me $28 plus the time to Pack and go to the post office. So in other words I would be $28 out of pocket, ToSave would have the goods back to scam some other poor customer. I had enough. I cancelled the dispute. Cut my losses. I will never use ToSave again. If I hear the name ToSave I will tell people to avoid TOTALLY. To Save is not worth the time and anguish.

Do not deal with this company. Only received half of my order( the cheap items). Have sent numerous emails with my order details and no reply. They are a super dodgy Chinese company.I will lodge a dispute with paypal but am not holding out much hope of a refund.

Bugging me with unwanted newsletter. Unsubsribe emails are simply ignored by this company. By the way, i never agreed to a newsletter from tosave.com. Poor business practices.

everything I received was nice and how I expected it :) arrived pretty fast considering the stuff comes from far.

Was a bit dubious about tosave, as they never ever sent email confirmation for any orders or upon despatch of orders.
However, over a few months, I placed a total of 4 orders with tosave, first 3 orders arrived ok.
Order number 4, I received 2 out of eight items.
Tried to contact them via their online form to find it didn't work.
I then contacted Paypal, who got me in touch with tosave.
Tosave offered to resend order, if I dropped Paypal dispute.
I said resend missing items and I'll close case upon receipt of items.
They agreed to this, unsurprisingly no replacements ever arrived.
Paypal, equally as useless, expected me to return three saw blades (which by this time were worn out and discarded) and a used stick on measuring scale registered post to China at my expense.
When I tried contacting Paypal via online form to inform them of this, they conveniently ignored my messaging and expired my claim.
There are a lot of good honest sellers of similar goods in China, I suggest you look to them.

Prodotti cinesi scadentissimi e continue bugie sullo stato degli ordini. Pensate che un prodotto che ho ordinato non è mai arrivato, quindi li ho contattati e prima mi hanno proposto di rispedire il prodotto (ma neanche della seconda presunta spedizione c'è traccia), poi mi hanno detto di avermi rimborsato, ma il rimborso non è mai arrivato (addirittura mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero mandato le prove di questo rimborso al solo scopo di prendere tempo, ed ovviamente queste prove non sono mai arrivate), infine quando ho aperto una contestazione su PayPal hanno addirittura inviato a PayPal un codice di tracciamento di una spedizione indirizzata ad un altro cliente. Attenzione che vendono (e truffano) anche su eBay col nickname 94racing-au. Statene alla larga!
