Used them for my friends special Birthday weekend away. The attention to detail was impeccable and I felt like they got the essence of me and created a weekend that me and my guests will NEVER forget. From personalised makeup bags, travel cups, dinner settings, guest cards, posters and beautiful decorations to games and activities like Sip & Paint (my personal favourite). The communication was open and responsive and nothing was ever to much for Charlene and her 'can do'attitude. I have referred her to friends and family and will 100% use Total Package again.
