Scott called in
Scott called in to conduct an energy review of our bills. We don’t normally deal with cold callers as we have a long term broker who we have dealt with for many years. On this occasion Scott was courteous & very knowledgeable. He explained how the markets work and answered all my questions.
Unfortunately I still have 18 months left in my contract but when the time comes I will be calling him. No pressure selling tactics just an open and transparent conversation.

Unfortunately, if actions are taken to prevent a contract from either going live or reaching maturity then as a business we must protect our interests.
