We used Total Compliance to support us with obtaining FORS Bronze. Anna Sheardown made the process from start to finish run very smoothly explaining everything we needed. Anna was very professional and thorough 5 Stars needed for this lady. We would definitely recommend using Total Compliance.

Before sharing my experience, I want to note that I noticed this company appears to only have 5-star reviews, which I personally find quite concerning. In my opinion, those reviews do not reflect the experience I had, and it makes me question whether a review service may have been used to generate overly positive feedback.

I recently used Total Compliance Services for an independent audit, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

The auditor appeared to have very little understanding of the subject matter and seemed to be strictly following a checklist without any real knowledge of what he was assessing. He asked several questions that were irrelevant or incorrect, and when I asked for clarification, he was unable to explain why the questions were being asked or which specific legislation or guidance they related to.

The process felt like a simple box-ticking exercise rather than a meaningful or professional audit. On several occasions the auditor made inaccurate claims and statements during the assessment, and when challenged he was unable to provide any supporting evidence, guidance, or legislative references for the points he was making.

It also felt as though the auditor was more interested in finishing quickly and going home than carrying out a thorough assessment. He stated that certain things “could not be found”, despite the fact that he had not actually asked to inspect them. Had he asked, they could have been shown to him.

Afterwards, when I contacted the company to raise queries and ask for clarification, they were unhelpful and unwilling to properly address my concerns. They avoided answering direct questions and could not back up several of the claims they had made with any evidence.

Overall, the level of professionalism and support was far below what I would expect from a company offering independent compliance services. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Great trainer—very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Made the F.O.R.S. training engaging and relevant with real-life examples. Kept the session interactive and was happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.
