Excellent price, easy booking process, Prompt on site attendance, a day or so after booking enquiry. Did a desktop survey to figure out access rather than on site some others insisted upon. Very capable operator, made it look easy, and calmed the nerves of our builders no end.

Easy and professional to deal with. The crane and the operatives arrived early, were easy to deal with on site. From an admin point of view they were quick and responsive in the (many) emails that I sent them. We're hopefully booking them for another, larger lift that we have coming up.

We had Reece from Total Lifting. He was on-time (in fact he was early). Got setup ahead of our delivery. When our delivery driver broke down nearby he offered to solve the problem for us. Once they arrived he was quick and efficient in getting the hot tub craned over. So fast I missed the whole thing while making a cup of tea!
