Very good and prompt service, very professional and efficient,work with them on a regular basis so I 100% recommend them.

I needed a wasp nest dealt with urgently yesterday as it was holding up scaffolding being erected & subsequent building work. I rang Total Pest Control & was told they might be able to get out yesterday. The chap turned up at 4 & sprayed. By this morning no wasps. A fantastic service from really friendly people & it got me out of a difficult situation. Unreservedly recommend.

Just before leaving for our holiday I found a large number of wax moths in two of our dustbins at the apiary locally.
I didn’t know quite how to deal with them but TPC had the answer. Very helpful in providing the solution quickly so we could leave for our holiday without worrying about the moths.

Total pest control have provided us with a trial period of 4 week intensive hawk flying over our facility in Swindon.
The handler, Chris, has been amazing providing great customer service and taking great care of the birds.
We have seen a clear improvement in our seagull population.

Discovered I had a wasps nest and they were getting into my bathroom (after an upgrade) through the holes for the old overflow pipes that were not filled in. I called at 1pm and by 1:50pm the guy was at our house carrying out the treatment. Absolutely fantastic service and an excellent service from Alison in customer services in getting it sorted so quickly when I told her the family were getting anxious about showering with wasps buzzing about (up to 10 at a time in the bathroom). Thank you so much and I would highly recommend.

After finding a rat had got into our mums bathroom and done quite a lot of damage I can not thank Clive and Robert enough for all their help.

We were kept informed every step of the way, very friendly guys, went above and beyond.

To our horror we saw a rat in our garden, we have never seen one here before and have been in our house since the late 70’s. Clive Williams was absolutely fantastic he left us with some rat traps which the rat totally ignored. He then left us with some “ food” trays tucked safely out of reach and within a couple of days these trays were empty shortly after that we discovered the rat dead. It was such a relief and we are so grateful hence our 5 star review, he was so professional even though I was mortified and he did the job.
