Amazing rug!! The cushioning is great for my kids who love jumping around and doing gymnastics all day, plus it looks great. Would definitely recommend!

After considerable deliberation due to the price, I decided to purchase a Totter + Tumble mat—and I only wish we had done so sooner.

We use it as our living room rug and regularly receive compliments on its appearance. It is also very easy to clean, which makes it especially practical for everyday use in a home with lots of children.

I would highly recommend this product. It would be even better to see a wider range of colours and styles available.

I recently ordered from Totter&Tumble and the customer service I received was fantastic- particularly from Lucy.

Unfortunately the courier (DX delivery) claimed to deliver my playmat to a random address on my street but did not. I was extremely worried that I might have missed out on quite a sum of money. However, after contacting Totter &Tumble, they were willing to conduct an investigation and sent me a replacement mat within the week. Lucy kept me in the loop the whole time. The communication was fantastic. I didn’t feel comfortable using the same courier company for the replacement mat and Lucy arranged delivery with another trusted courier service. I was so impressed.

The mat I received is beautiful and sturdy. The neutral colours really match my home and I can see it will be a product that will last a while. I look forward to using it.

It’s a nice mat but it stains so easily. Spent £180 on a mat that has marks all over it after a few months. Using bicarbonate of soda mixed with water as suggested just removes the pattern and leave a big white mark on the mat.. Not toddler friendly but would be good for babies I guess.

I had the playmat since 2024. All good until a few days ago when I picked it up to clean under it and noticed green hue on my vinyl flooring. I had the green side of the playmat down on the surface for the last few months, before that I had it facing up. It completely colored my flooring. It is not discoloured from the sun, the original flooring is grey. PLUS I have a different brand play mat near it and the floor under it did not turn green.
I messaged their support with photo and video evidence and their response was: not our fault, it is your flooring not being exposed to uv.
I am quite disappointed with the mat and the response, since otherwise we loved it.

I’ll admit I was skeptical about the price at first, especially since I bought it online without actually seeing or feeling the material in person. However, now that it's in our home, I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The quality is immediately apparent; it feels incredibly premium and doesn't have that "babyish" look—it actually complements our decor.
​Most importantly, our baby absolutely loves it. It provides the perfect amount of cushioning for play and tumbles. It is also remarkably easy to keep clean; a quick wipe and it looks brand new again. If you’re on the fence because of the cost, take the leap—it’s a rare baby product that is as practical as it is beautiful.

Love these. They clean well, feel great, and love the new bigger size. We have 4 now and can’t wait to see the new designs.

Only thing they could improving is the accuracy of their print placement. We have two next to eachother of the same mat and the print doesn’t line up from mat to mat.

My playmat arrived with an orange stain on, no idea what’s happened but box was slightly damaged. Was going to reach out to customer service but it’s no returns or refunds point blank so tbf I’m disappointed.

My Mat arrived yesterday. Took one day to arrive. Packaged perfect. The Mat itself is so much better than expected

The quality and size of the samples are excellent. I was able to feel the thickness and see the colors when deciding which print fit my granddaughter's room. After feeling and viewing, I simply returned in the prepaid envelope provided and was promptly refunded for the sample (not the shipping). Totter and Tumble produce a solid, quality product!!!

Recently received our mat after very speedy delivery. We Iove the design of the mat, and the fact we can turn it over for a different look. It has enabled significantly more comfort when playing with our toddler on the floor. It is so easy to wipe down and clean a perfect addition to any house with small children. We will enjoy many years playing in comfort on the floor. Thank you Totter & Tumble, I will be recommending you to my friends. I will also be ‘borrowing’ it for my workouts!!

I'm a firm believer in buying good things once and this is exactly that kind of product. Great designs that look tasteful rather than childish. Wonderful cushioning, whether on carpeted or hard floors. I love how they're double-sided, giving a fresh look and also a plan B should our son decide to take a pen to it, like he does quite a few things.

These mats are amazing. We have three and they've been loved and used everyday for years and are still in perfect condition. Very worthwhile investment for babies and young kids.

For 3.5 years we have 2 of these mats in our house (and always looking for space for a 3rd) and they still look as good as new even though they have had every type of toddler damage thrown at them! They are beautiful desings, so soft for all types of play and relaxation. I recommend these to every new parents.

My playmat arrived in an extremely poor state; the delivery box was torn in half and badly ripped in multiple places. For an item at this price point, this was completely unacceptable.

Customer service acknowledged that the box was in poor condition and even stated that the courier should not have delivered it like this. However, beyond that acknowledgement, there was very little apology or sense of ownership for the issue. The tone of the responses felt procedural rather than customer-focused.

Despite the severity of the damage to the outer packaging, I was told no meaningful action could be taken unless the playmat itself was damaged. The mat is sealed in plastic and cannot be properly inspected without fully unravelling it, which their returns policy discourages, leaving me unable to confidently assess the product while still keeping the option to return it.

The only goodwill offered was a £10 partial refund, which felt wholly disproportionate given the value of the order and the condition it arrived in. Communication then stalled, and I had to follow up myself to close the matter.

While the mat appears fine from what is visible, the overall experience — particularly the lack of care, apology, and resolution from customer service — fell far below what I would expect from a brand positioning itself as premium.

I was left feeling disappointed and discouraged from contacting customer services again.

I bought this mat back in August and my toddler had an accident on it. The accident ran to the side of the mat and pooled underneath, causing my wood flooring to stain the mat. I followed the instructions on their website to clean it and got nowhere, so in the end I emailed them.

They emailed back very falsely concerned, trying to be seen as an authentic brand but very quickly reminded me that they had told me 3 times within the sales buying process that the mat is not stain free. I don’t remember this but they were quick to tell me. They then proceeded to just give me more instructions to clean it which I’d already done, and a third email basically told me my flooring isn’t compatible with the mat which is hilarious.

The mats aren’t made for toddlers, don’t let the marketing fool you, they have no interest to help you what so ever after that sale has been completed. I have had this mat for four months and it’s already ruined.
