Tous US Avis 2

We recived two items from Tous. Both for Child.
Unfortunately, the package and contents are damaged. We received the parcel in a plastic bag from DPD. Unfortunately, the cardboard box shows traces of damage. It looks like someone crushed it. Unfortunately, two products in the middle bear traces of damage on their "faces". I dont know if thats the currier fault or Tous itself but I send them 2 emails first the same Day when I recived the items 2nd of May and another one on 9th of may. Both not answered. I tried to phone them few Times no one answered. I am very disapointed with customer Service and I Will never ever say to someone Buy from Tous....

I like Tous jewllery becauses it's all teddy bears stuff. I have bought quite a few pieces from them over the years either online or from shops when they used to have shops. Unfortunately have only had bad experiences with especially earrings from them, their closing systems are either flimsy and break after a couple of wears or they give you earring "butterflies" which are totally inapropriate. I say stick to handbags and pendents but forget about getting earrings, I have had to pay for repairs on 2 pairs now because their garantee only cover manufacturing faults but not the fact that they are using inappropriate material or systems.
