I needed a kit for a new car I had purchased. I enquired with a few questions and was advised accordingly. Ordered the towbar online which was delivered quick and promptly. Instructions were clear and everything fitted as it should. Brilliant service and quality product.

Problematic tow bar wiring.

I ordered a vehicle specific tow bar wiring kit, only to find it was actually out of stock and discontinued and no substitute was available. The good news was that I received a refund within 48 hours. However, I managed to find one at another supplier.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We value all of our customers honest opinions and send thanks for sharing your experience with others. We understand your frustrations. Many products are drop shipped directly from the supplier and unfortunately they do not all let us know when products are discontinued. We are glad you managed to source one from another company.

Thank you for your business.

Never heard of these but glad I have now!

Had never hear of these so I was a little nervy. Amazon had let me down on a Thule bike carrier and these had it in stock. The price on here was better, communication was good, the delivery was tracked, fast and the product seems great! No complaints at all with the Towbar & Trailer Centre :-)
