Purchased 2 extra super jumbo bath sheets advertised as premium quality yarn luxury towels .
Appalling quality , thin cheap rubbish ! Complete scam and wholesale false advertising . Do Not purchase from this supplier , atrocious customer service and worst quality of towels ever experienced and I've had many years in hospitality industry so i know what quality does look like . Not what I ordered
I purchased two sets of 800gsm cream towels from Towelsbay. As I did not receive an order confirmation, I had to contact them. Unfortunately, their responses were brief and not very engaging. Also, initially they provided me with an incorrect tracking code, which was rectified after I asked again.
Upon receiving the order, I discovered that the towels did not match what I had ordered. While they are of decent quality, they are certainly not 800gsm as advertised, more likely falling in the range of 550/600gsm. Additionally, they are yellow in color rather than cream.
Despite the inconvenience, I decided not to return the towels as I already washed them, and I believe the process would be too cumbersome. However, I am disappointed with the discrepancy between the product received and what was advertised. As a result, I do not plan to make any future purchases from Towelsbay.

Haven't received my towels although delivery has apparently been made (not to my address) & getting no reply from messages,emails or phone calls. Will be reporting them & attempting to get my money back.

Really good quality budget towels
Really pleased with the towels I received, really good quality for such a cheap price, I will be also buying the "jumbo" bath sheets though as the budget bath sheets weren't as wide as I need in the width, NOT the companies fault..I just didn't read the measurements before buying, I'm still happy with the quality of them though! :)

Not quality
Bought sets of bath towels/bath sheets/hand towels for my guest house.
Paid one price for bath towels and a higher price for extra large jumbo bath sheets. Received bath sheets and extra large jumbo towels which were all the same size, despite difference in price. Poor quality poor sizing, bath sheets were long and very narrow. Cannot get any sense from the company, they do not seem to comprehend.
I would avoid buying from this site
