I have been a member of Tower Loan company for several years. Never had any complaints. They always willing to assist me every single time very very friendly. People appointments were done in an orderly fashion application was submitted within an hour. Approval was granted within an hour very pleased with the customer service. Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, they're unprofessional, and constantly harassing phone calls for nonsense,there's one good rep a young guy (Mat) always courteous and friendly the rest of the staff straight trash, no people/customer service skills and rude. Just had a ph call them the other day the lady couldn't pronounce my name correctly provided it's easy, and you could hear her eating while on the phone with me. That's absurd!
