The manager Micheal has called my phone on 2 different occasions and spoke to me in the most disrespectful way. To be the manager he's very disrespectful/rude to the customers. I prefer he never contact me ever again in life!!!

When I contacted Tower Loan inquiring about a loan offer I received I was pleasantly greeted and was very promptly and professionally informed of about this invitation and others. My information was shared and I was contacted back the early the next morning with my approval. I made an appointment with Mr. Michael for later that day and he was very prompt, professional, informative, PREPARED, and polite. He is most definitely an asset to the company and was a pleasure to have received his assistance!
