abuse and an unfair, deceptive practic
You added at least two insurance policies to the loan that I did not contract for, do not want, and do not need, and that I was not told would be included. I consider this an abuse and an unfair, deceptive practice.

Customer service experience sucks!!!
I was given very wrong information and told if I came in with a voided check that I would not be charged for the convenience fee and when I went in to the office to set up auto draft payments I was told that they would still charge me the convenience fee that is charged for making payments even though auto draft should be a convenience for the company not the customer, at least you know you would be getting your payment and on time. I paid off the loan and left!!! I WOULD NEVER do business with this company again!!!

Ms.Rhonda is a Sweetheart she is also Very Respectful Polite,Kind and Professional she also helps in anyway she can.The young Lady that sits at front Desk Lydia always has a Smile very warm and Welcoming.The young Man I spoke to the other Day Richard is in training he was also Very Respectful Polite,Kind and Professional.
