Great customer service!
Upon getting the loan approved from an appliance store, the following day, I received a call from Tower loan, who had answered every question. The employee there, Mrs. Lakeisha, was very courteous and knowledgeable! That was very appreciated!

Helpful and courteous staff at the moss bluff la. Office. Very polite and knowledgeable folks, as well as patient. The office is tucked away and shares space in a stip mall type lot.., but otherwise easily accessible. The loan program I entered into is perfect for my needs and surprisingly affordable.
