Irritation free loan
They gave me an easy and irritation-free loan at a credit card interest rate. Not wonderful, but when you don't have perfect credit, many places will charge criminal interest rates and hidden fees. They were upfront about the loan's cost and made the process simple. It helped me out of a tight situation.

I renewed my old loan and gotten two bad checks
I renewed my old loan and was given two bad checks with no way of checking the them, than was told by the manager and employee to find a bank that cash the BAD CHECK. It happened on a Friday afternoon with no time for no more help from tower loan. And to go the hospital for anxiety attack.Also had to back out the loan.

We regret to learn about the bad checks and anxiety this caused. Our bank we use did have an issue and caused some checks not to clear. We had them work on fixing this as soon as we learned about it. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
