Loan was easy to get
Loan was easy to get, but the month payments and interest were outrageous. Consider another way to get the money or another loan company. Great people tho.

$3.75 monthly "convenience" fee???
Personnel were courteous and helpful. What I really DIDN'T LIKE was the $3.75/month "convenience fee" charge to set my account up for payment via direct withdrawal. I got my loan through Ivan Smith Furniture and it was for 0% for 24 months. Not sure if Ivan Smith personnel know about the charge, but I will tell them. I will not use this company again, they are too money hungry.
Got a reply thanking me for my comments on the "convenience fee", but they did not say they would do away with it. Direct withdrawal not only conveniences me, it also conveniences them. A computer program takes the money out of my account and puts it into theirs. MANY places will give you a better interest rate if you set up your payments via direct withdrawal.
