Brianna works at Tower Loan in Opelousas, La is so rude, unprofessional talk to customer any kind of with and attitude. She call the customers reference and makes false accusations about customer business. Very rude . I have heard her on the phone being rude to and customer well I'm paying my bill . That's harassment and her behavior saying she doesn't deserve to be a manager in the future she will run customer away. Brianna is bad ,disgusting for Tower Loan. I called and reported her today to the Manager and the another lady but Brianna was rude to me and was telling false statements hanged up the phone in my. Face so rude and unprofessional.
