Online through the app was a waste of time. In office was relatively quick as we were able to take care of most of the process over the phone. Staff was nice and helpful.

Fast friendly, received what I needed. The customer service person even put in extra time past closing to get everything secured. Plus she showed me how to set up the Tower Loan App so I can monitor my progress of payments! Stephanie truly did a great job, quick and thorough!
