The Selma Branch Manager is very unprofessional and rude when speaking to customers. I really hate that I got loan with Selma Branch. Selma Branch Manager stated that he will file a lawsuit against me after I informed him that I scheduled a payment online for Friday. Branch Manager stated that I need to pay $115.00 today. I told him I didn’t have the money today and he will receive my payment Friday. Branch Manager stated that I need to borrow money from somebody today.

Going to far and caught on camras
We have used them off and on for about three years. We got a loan and was paying on it on time. We were in the middle of closing on a house we were selling and told them we would be by to settle our debth when the house sold. we were 4 weeks behind. They wanted us to renew our loan. we did not because we were at the end of the loan. The lady came to the house we were selling started looking in the windows and snooping around. we did not live there and was waiting on the buyers to sign. They were caught on camara. Our neighbor asked her what was she doing. She wanted him to call us and tried to get him in the middle. I have a no tresspasssing sign she violated and what she done was very unprofessional.
I am thinking of pressing charges.

Hey Donna, the best way to handle this would be to speak to the local Manager. We're not going to waste time trying to make contact at someone's home if we can reach them by phone. Hopefully you can work out arrangements with the branch.
