Tower Loan - South Shreveport Avis 

I appreciate Tower Loan for always making things easy. When I’m in a bind, I feel comfortable knowing that I can do business with them and it won’t hurt me more than help me.

Everyone is so friendly and courteous always helpful

They are always great with customer service even when asking for payments. They are well groomed and working in a clean atmosphere is a plus. They are currently on Youree Dr. The two who close my loan was great communicaters.

My experience is always great the staff are very friendly and a joy to see there willing to help the customer with there need and I appreciate them for that.

The young lady, and young man that helped me was very professional and helpful. But when the manager returned I found out the loan didn’t have final approval. And the manager are the young lady that was there refused to give the loan a final approval. So the young man had to call someone to get final approval. What upset me was the way the manager that was there was talking about the situation right in front of me, just unprofessional and rude.

I was contacted several times and told I could receive an additional amount of $5000. When I finally decided I had a need for the additional funds, they said all I needed was my id and a paystub. When I arrived they ask for additional references and wanted to know the contents of my home. Then said I could only have $3000. I was disappointed but I was ready for the other large purchase to be made. Thanks for the dream killer lie you told to get me there! Shark tank!

I was told over the phone I was approved for a different amount than when I came in the office to sign my loan paperwork. It was less than the amount over the phone by 3K. I felt baited.

They have great people working for them and help with your loan any way they can.

My experience was Great I was in and out.
