I returned my Ford Tourneo Custom seat…
I returned my Ford Tourneo Custom seat covers as they did not provide the level of protection I needed with two giant Alaskan Malamute dogs. The ordering and return process was first class and the refund was made within a few days. I used the returns label and form provided with my order. For normal protection of seats I would recommend Town and Country Covers. My particular dogs require extreme protection due to breed. Excellent experience

Don't fit & won't accept returns!
I've had a seat cover from T & C for years - it has lasted & fitted really well so I ordered a full set for my recently purchased fairly new Nissan Qashqai. I was very disappointed as they are badly fitting and of much poorer quality. I decided to keep the original one on the drivers seat and sent one of the front covers back. I received an email from T & C saying they could not accept the return as it had dog hairs on it & smelt of dog!!! This was completely impossible as I only took it out of the box along with the other covers then put it back in the box a few minutes later after trying the first front one. My dog was in the back garden at the time and the covers were only on my leather settee for a few minutes. I found their comments extremely insulting - how a regularly cleaned leather settee can cause something placed on it for a few minutes to smell of dog is completely beyond me. Their comments also implied that my house is dirty & smelly which it certainly is not. When ordering you are asked what vehicle the covers are for which is completely pointless as they just fit like any covers you would buy for a van & don't fit cars so look baggy & horrible! I will be replacing them as soon as I can.

It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the type of seat covers you purchased. We do not make tailored seat covers for the Nissan Qashqai. The listing specifies that the covers you purchased are 'Car Seat Covers - Universal & Waterproof - Medium'. Our universal covers are designed to fit a wide range of cars, which means they may have a looser fit compared to tailored covers to ensure compatibility with various vehicle models.
Regarding the return, we found clear evidence of dog hairs on the inside of the cover. As stated in our terms and conditions, we can only accept returns for items that are in 'as new' condition. Unfortunately, due to the presence of dog hairs, we were unable to accept the return as the item was not in a resalable condition.
We understand this situation is frustrating. However, as a business, we must uphold our standards and cannot accept items that show clear signs of use.
We have returned the item to you and apologise for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this situation may have caused.

Very fast and a good quality cover but…
Very fast and a good quality cover but unfortunately the headrest cover wasn't quite compatible for my office chair, A few inches to small to do up but still very much usable. The Kab seat cover i purchased is designed for a vehicle and not an office chair really. But still great for keeping my chair dirt free

Excellent service. Quick despatch. Seats went on like a dream Back was a slight challenge but got there. All sest working parts work which is excellent. Very happy with the product so far.

The covers are very thin
The covers are very thin - never the less i fitted them only to find a seam splitting after the second journey - weve sent puctures of problem and they want more pictures - at over£100 a set - i think they are overpriced and better products are available.

Brilliant Durable covers
Have had their covers in work vans I’ve had over the years and can testify to the strength of their endurance with regards to everyday wear and tear and then some, so good in fact I have purchased sets for my own cars. They are incredibly easy to fit as well.
Highly recommend.

Awful product
Awful product. They came damaged on the seam. Poor quality for the money. Don’t waste your money on these!! Better getting Screwfix ones they are no worse. Will be sending back today for a full refund.
