Thank you and your colleagues for such a brilliant service it is much appreciated. We have your covers now in 9 of our vehicles. 6 of our minibuses have had them in since September 2018 and they have been brilliant and coped well with a lot of heavy use - as you would expect in an outdoor education setting.

Good company to deal with
Good company to deal with, quality products. Slightly misleading wording on website (but my own fault for not reading properly) meant I ordered the wrong thing first time but it was free to return for a timely refund and I was able to easily reorder the right product with some advice from customer service.

Parcel not received after a week!!!
Order was placed and DPD claim to have tried to deliver it 3 times which is utter rubbish, then when I tracked the parcel it had been "requested to return to depot"

Hi Richard,
As this is primarily an issue with DPD, DPD do allow you the option yourself to reschedule a delivery.
If there is an issue with your address, it might be worth communicating that to your local DPD office so they can reach you at the best possible time.
When a parcel is attempted to be delivered multiple times, it is returned to sender as an automatic response to the unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Great Service
Recetly purchased a set of seat covers for my newly aquired 2012 Ford Transit, I ordered the incorrect set,
re-ordered correct ones, both deliveries were prompt, kept informed by email, forgot to put returns note in first set that I returned, so had to chase a couple of times for re-imbursement, to be fair I did offer to pay a re-stocking charge, however the full amount was re-funded, so based on my one off experience I can only say positive things about this company, and I would use them again.
