Excellent service, poor product
Fantastic service, prompt delivery. However, the quality of the covers for the price paid is somewhat disappointing. The "bum" portion of the seat cover is difficult to secure and after sitting on it once or twice it comes loose. Lack of secure fitting around the seat is a major issue.
Following discussion got a full refund and a discount for future orders, many thanks, excellent service!
