I went into the showroom and looked at the products, then ordered online. I dealt with Ellie and Tom. They were very patient with supplying quotes as I changed the spec a few times before placing the order - we were having building work done so it was a moveable feast! Tom went out of his way to make sure to arrange installation before the Christmas break and the fitters came out on their day off for which we were extremely grateful as we would have been pretty cold otherwise! The bifold doors are great - the mechanism is very smooth and feels nice and solid in comparison to others I’ve seen. Would definitely recommend.

I had a new front door fitted earlier this year. The work was carried out to a very high standard and in very good time. TP's website made choosing a product extremely easy, and everyone i spoke to, both in the office and on site were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Great communication and easy invoicing and payment set up. These guys made our installation of a new front door seamless and even though the supplier made a small error, they returned with the correct furnishings and rectified the supplier error.

TP Improvements have now completed their third job with us installing many windows. The work has been first class, dust sheets always a priority and the cleaning up afterwards is excellent. The team doing the work were always polite, respectful of our house, and importantly very nice to our dog who wanted to help! Also nice to have the same team on the jobs so we got to know them. Time from quote to installation was just a few weeks. Will definitely be putting more work TP Improvements way and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from beginning to end. We were able to look at the products available in their showroom with various visits and questions to ask. Once our decision was made we were advised of a delivery date and time and the whole process was smooth and seamless. Their pricing was competitive too.

The guys from TP were very professional, efficient and quick. The final result was perfect (French windows and regular windows). They even worked through the rain!
