Quick response and free
Quick response. I just wanted confirmation of if I had an invasive species in my garden. Response was quick and so put my mind at rest. Even told me what the plant actually was (which having googled it, is definitely right), and it didn't cost me anything. THANKS AGAIN!

Quick easy service.
I saw a video on YouTube that they offer a free service identify any suspicious looking plants and I went onto their website, posted the images and by the morning I had confirmation that everything was ok and there was no plants to be concerned about. Great survive, easy to use, friendly and very reassuring.

Prompt response - great service
Tim was very kind and came back quickly in response to a photograph I submitted, confirming that there was no Japanese Knotweed. What a relief. Having watched the YouTube videos of this company and dealing with Tim, I would highly recommend their services.
