TPS Excellent....not so Panasonic
We bought a 55" Panasonic GZ950 from TPS back in 2019 with 5 year Panasonic and 2 year additional TPS warranty, taking it to 7 years. The service from TPS then was great and we were really happy with the TV in the years since. Fast forward to April 2024 when our GZ950's panel died. As the TV was well within Panasonic's 5 year warranty period, we contacted them for resolution. Long story short, over 3 months and countless chase ups later, Panasonic eventually decided we could ask for a refund or replacement. They gave no assurance we could get the most comparable model in their new line-up, nor any uplift in refund cost - original 2019 purchase price only. However, we were required to ship the TV back to the original retailer at our expense first. We don't live around the corner, being some 500 miles away, so not cheap. Luckily I had the original box in the loft so couriered the TV back to TPS. TPS service as in 2019 was exemplarily. Peter at TPS arranged full refund as quickly as possible, but unfortunately now needs to get his money back from Panasonic. Please be aware of these limitations with Panasonic's service and warranty if purchasing their TVs. Decent product but if it goes faulty... That's why I've gone back to Sony, now have their A95L (cracking TV). Can't rate TPS service highly enough - top company.

Great service - smooth replacing of defective machine.
I had an issue with a Panasonic blu-ray drive purchased through TPS, and after some communication back and forth, they took the machine back (with TPS arranging and paying for shipping), checked it and ultimately replaced it. Obviously the initial fault was not caused by TPS, but I greatly appreciate a retailer who looks after their customers and makes sure things are made right. The communication was quick, and the replacement player has been perfect ever since. Thank you

Panasonic DP-UB820 Multi-Region 4K - TPS
Purchased the Panasonic DP-UB820 multi-region 4K / Blu-Ray / DVD player from TPS in January.
When initially looking to purchase it was out of stock, I emailed and received an immediate reply advising when would be available again.
When stock was received I received a further mail advising that was back in stock.
I ordered the item on a Tuesday afternoon and although could have been delivered sooner I requested a Friday delivery due to work commitments.
Player received and works perfectly. It replaced my UB-450 which still works fine but wanted to upgrade for the better audio visual quality offered by the UB820 and also multi-region blu-ray.
Aftersales contact from TPS has been 1st class and having now purchased 2 4K players from them would definitely use again.
