TPS (The Perfect Signal Limited) Avis 741

Bought my Sony sub from TPS. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Saved over £100 on the price from every other supplier (both online & in-store. prices).Delivery was complete within 48 hours & I'm based in Northern Ireland so I was delighted when it arrived so quickly.
A pleasure from start to finish. I had never heard of TPS prior to purchasing but will definitely checking the website before buying any items in future after such a great experience with this purchase.
Phoned me afterwards to make sure my sub was working as it should and no issues whatsoever.

I initially phoned and asked advice about buying a blu-ray player and the guy I spoke to was very helpful with his advice So I purchased a player that same day, it was sent 24hrs tracked which is good but the post office took 3 days to deliver No fault of TPS my player is great and i'm very pleased with it I even had a follow up phone call a week or so later asking me if any problems which I thought was excellent!

Well-designed website made it easy to compare Blu-ray models, and delivery was very fast. For many years I've used region-free players converted by TPS, and they will always be my first port-of-call for replacements.

I wanted to import a region free Panasonic Blu-ray player to Belgium that was capable of reading external .srt subtitles on Blu-ray and 4K. I mailed for some information and was prompty answered back in a friendly way with my questions concerning import fees, compatibility of the electrical outlet etc. I decided to order and it took less than a week to receive the player in good order. The customs clearance went very swiftly and without a hitch (which is usually a problem when I order from the UK) and at least they used a reliable courier like DHL instead of the dreaded incapable Belgian post office. The package was sturdy enough not to have the player damaged, and I really have the feeling everybody cared about my concerns during the ordering process. I'm not somebody who easily recommends companies to others, but for The Perfect Signal I would gladly make an exception.

The Company provided a competetive price, swift response and helpful service, worth 5 stars, but not their courier who changed the delivery date and then arrived very late at night.

I am always wary of purchasing an expensive item (Panasonic TV) online from a company so far away and waiting a while for delivery but I must say that the purchase from TPS was the cheapest that I could find which is always good and they said that they could deliver the following day. So all the way from the middle of the country to East London/Essex and the delivery driver was very polite which is also a bonus. So all in all I am a very happy customer and the TV comes with an extra 2 year warranty on top of Panasonics 5 years so 7 years in total so what's not to like about that. TPS gets 5 stars from me.

I bought a 4K / multi-region Blu-ray and Dvd player from these guys (Panasonic UB-9000, which is amazing) a couple of years ago. It developed a fault recently (noisy disc drive) but I contacted them and they repaired it quickly and easily (for free). Technical support is also top notch, as shortly after receiving the player they issued a download to resolve an issue with choppy 60p playback. It's so great to deal with a company on a personal level. Highly recommended!

I was trying to see if I could get a Panasonic TV that was going out of production. After number of problems elsewhere I found TPS to be both helpful and a reasonable price.
They kept me in contact and delivery was as agreed.
