Tyler and TP Supply Company does NOT stand behind there products.
Poor packaging by Tp Supply resulted in a damaged product products being delivered and me having to refuse the delivery.
I've tried several times to resolve issues with the owner Tyler......no return emails or phone calls after purchasing $4000 plus in NEW pallet shelving.
This has resulted in the delay of the opening of 4 new stores.
All I can say is, this is a business that doesn't honor or appreciate its customers or their business.
Business owners.....if you don't want to have your new business or expanding business delayed, I'd stay far away from this company.

PS-I have also not received a refund to this date.
I will update my review as soon as TP Supply resolves this issue and now theft of my money.
The shelves were paid for in 8/25/25 and still unresolved at 10/16/25.

Tyler is always great to work with. He is very quick to respond and give accurate information.

I received my shipment, the upright's are bent, the paint is scratched.
It could have happened during shipment, items not secured to the pallet.
for the high cost of having it shipped motor freight, i was dissatisfied with how it arrived.

Very helpful - great customer service and technical support! Webstore didn't calculate S&H fees correctly but not a huge deal in comparison to the excellent support for customers.

Order was placed on Sept 19th 2018 for 7 pallet racking uprights. I did not receive the shipment until October 15th 2018 (AND IT WAS DAMAGED!). At the time of purchase, TP Supply website product page showed in stock and never mentioned anything about almost a month lead time for the order. I called several times and they could not provide an ETA for the shipment. When the order was finally received the racking was not packed on a pallet so the shipping/freight company (ESTES) damaged/bent the uprights with a forklift. I emailed TP Supply customer service and they will not respond with a solution. Now I have to file a claim with the freight company because TP Supply does not package their products properly (wanting to save money by not using pallets) and does not support their customers after the sale. I used TP Supply for the first time because their pricing was great....I guess I got what I paid for.

Pieces arrived damaged. I specifically asked our parts be packaged correctly to avoid damage, having had this problem with other husky vendors. There was no pallet or packaging, like it was just thrown on truck.

Website was easy to navigate. I found exactly what I needed within minutes.

Tyler and the team are very patient and friendly.when it was time to place the order they were quick to meet our needs and provided excellent service and product. I would without a doubt recommend T.P. Supply Company to any business with a professional recommendation.

Have used TP for many projects over several years. They have met demanding deadlines and left facilities clean and broom swept when completed. Highly recommend for material handling installations and removal. 5+++

T.P Supply Company handled this warehouse racking job in an outstanding manner. Everything that was needed was kitted and loaded at the origin and consolidated with other materials in Florida for ocean shipment. As a single shipment, it cleared customs with no problems and was job ready.... No installation delays for missing or incorrect parts. T,P. Supply will be given strong consideration for another job we are working on now.

TP Supply is a great company to work with. We purchase all of our racking needs from them.
