I ordered merch in October and finally had to dispute the charge as it was never shipped. Reaching out to them was fruitless!

It has been over 25 weeks and I have still not received my order. It was only two tees and for the past 4 weeks the tracking says it is sitting at their warehouse awaiting pickup. When I contact them asking for a status I get a bullshit canned answer and not resolution. If you ordered from them you will NEVER see those items! NEVER!

Never received order. Like others, I was patient given the circumstances of the horror that happened with Charlie. Wanted to support them. Order took over 3 months to show ‘shipped’ which then sat as ‘label created, waiting to be picked up’ since 12/21/25 and still shows that to this day.
Contacted them 3 times and they have done nothing- so I finally disputed the charge on my visa.
So disappointed considering the TPUSA organization was so solid. They should get a better company to deal with merch.

Took 16 weeks to get my order of 3 t-shirts. I understand demand was extremely high and I ordered directly from TPUSA, my review is not solely based on long lead time for my order.
$115 to get these (3) t-shirts to my door, and when they finally arrived, they are paper thin, no real brand name on shirt tag area (Gildan etc), not pre-shrunk, and just all around terrible fit and cheap. I sincerely don’t like leaving a negative review given the situation but I would have rather donated my money to a charity. Message on shirts are genuine and sincere. Shirts are garbage.

Waited 3.5 months for my order and when it finally arrived it was sent the cheapest shipping option balled up in an envelope. The tee shirts are so thin you can see thru them. Contacted CS multiple times with no response or a generic response to be patient. Never buy merch here, ever!

NOT THE REAL SITE!! CharlieKirk.com is the real merch site. This site is a scam site making millions off of Charlie’s death, these evil people will have to awnser someday so ashamed I fell for this website, my bank disputed it so anyone else be careful

Bought several shirts 9/14/25 it’s now 12/29/25 with no goods received. After several emails with customer service they either ignore you or they give you the run around about “Charlie’s Mission”. I am all for the cause but this website is a scam. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Do not buy from them.

I have been scammed by Store@tpusamerchcom. Gmail. Why is there no help for us? I ordered a large amount of merch for my family and never received product or any replies from their,
Email.
I dont know whey these scammers are not gone after!

Ordered $76 of merchandise Sep 21. It is Dec 22 and have not received it. Tried to cancel order but there is no phone number and left my phone number but they will not return my calls. Will have American Express disput the charge.

We ordered Tshirts through what we believed to be the legitimate site for TPUSA and have come to realize we have been scammed. If you want to purchase merchandise, order it through the Charlie Kirk Show. I received my Freedom Shirt within 10 days. Nice quality. I have disputed the charge for the TPUSA through our credit card and will let them deal with the fraud.

Tracking was awful, it took a month to receive an order that was absolutely the lowest quality apparel I have ever received ordering online.

Ordered shirts on Sept 14th and almost 3 MONTHS later, still no tracking or shipment. Customer service gives vague replies and no real info. PRICES have INCEACED $15 since I ordered. Feels unethical to cash in on someone’s passing while failing to deliver. Very disappointing.

I would give this zero if I could! The "sweatshirt" is t-shirt material. It took 12 days to get here - from China. There is no way to contact anyone as you get entered into an endless loop with no actual contact. Don't buy from here!!! It's a scam.

Took 2 months to get the shirts I ordered and they are terrible quality. Don’t look like the website pictures.

I hope this bogus site is shut down . Thankfully ordered just 1 item. Capital one refunded me and hopefully they will take it a step further.

Yes! This was a scam company that took advantage of his death for shirt sale. Despicable!

This company is a scam. Do not buy!

I fell for it... I'm usually so much better about checking and rechecking... but it looked legit. I ordered 2 shirts and received a "confirmation email". Have tried to contact twice to check on my order and have sent another asking them to cancel my order... no reply. This makes me so angry and so sad.

Yup. This is a scam. I purchased over $135 on 9/13 and as of today 10/22, I haven’t received anything. I wanted to show my support to Charlie Kirk, however, it appears I’ve been scammed.

IT IS A FRAUD BASED SOMEWHERE IN THE UK. I ORDERED A SHIRT AROUND SEPT 15, 2025, AND STILL BY OCTOBER 22,2025, I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, TRACKING NUMBER, NOTHING!! WHEN I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINK IN MY ORIGINAL AND ONLY EMAIL, IT DID NOTHING, AND WENT NOWHERE!!! MY HUSBAND WARNED ME, BUT I THOUGHT BECAUSE IT HAD "tpusa.clothing" in THE LINK, IT WAS LEGIT. IT IS NOT!! SOME A**HOLE HAS MADE MILLIONS PROFITING OFF THE DEATH OF A WONDERFUL, CHRISTIAN, MAN, HUSBAND, FATHER, AND LEADER!! IT IS AS SICK AS YOU CAN GET!!!
