Utter bandits, expect they wear masks and bandanas in their office. Tried to track an overdue Xmas present without success. Gave Trackerly a try see if they could find it for £1.00 subscription. They couldn't find it either. Still haven't received it. Just found out that Trackerly have been debiting £24.90 from me since December (4 × £24.90) for absolutely nothing. They were useless to start with and nothing but scammers since.

TRACKERLY FAILS AGAIN
Had a problem with the automatic application of the monthly payments after trying the one offer to test the system.
Eventually managed to contact them and they cancelled the monthly payments and refunded part of the one withdrawal actually taken,
The monthly withdrawals/payments have now been reinstated without my agreement or any notification being received beforehand. I only found the withdrawals while checking for another matter on my bank statement..
WHILE I CAN STOP THE WITHDRAWALS THROIUGH MY BANK THIS IS ONLY A TEMPORARY SYSTEM ACTIVE FOR 12 TO 13 MONTHS. THIS MEANS THAT IHALLNOW HAVE TO MAINTAIN A CLOSE WATCH ON MY BANK STSREMENTS AS i CANNOT TRUST TRACKERLY TO SUCCESSSFULLY STOP ANY REPEAT OF THIS SITUATION.
THE CONTACT DETAILS PROVIDEED TO CONTACT THEM ARE NEXT TO USELESS AND BOTH THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND E -MAIL FACILITIES FAIL TIME AND TIME AGAIN.
THIS IS TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. IN THAT THE AUTOMATIC RENEWALOFTHE 12 MONTH CONTRACTS SHOULDBE NOTIFIED TO THE CONSUMER PRIOOR TO ACTIVATION.

Scam . Purporting to be with DPD they wanted £1 to locate a parcel - which they didn’t , just sent huff about it being in a safe place . Took another £24,90 from my account as a “monthly subscription “ . The link to cable didn’t work , needless to say . Reported to my bank as fraud .

It is an absolute scam - no mention of monthly fee. I spoke to a guy in the so-called customer services who was rude and arrogant. Told me I was shouting at him (totally rude )
Customer services are supposed to be polite. I spoke to the most arrogant and rude person I have ever had to deal with it. He accused me of shouting, told me to wait until he had finished speaking and told me how nervous I was (*I was not nervous) Total con. Must be set up somewhere below ground. Said he could not her what I was saying and not to talk over him which I was not. Told him to can the standing order which I did not agree to in the first place.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. They are a bunch of scammers. So far they have taken £48 from my account without permission. You try to unsubscribe using your email, which they claim you used to set up in the first place and it comes up as invalid. I have now informed the fraud department at my bank and they have put a stop to it. If I don't get a reply back from a human, not A1, a case will be launched against them from my bank. Again, Do not Touch TRACKERLY.NET.

Blatant awful scam
This is a blatant awful scam. They have deducted £24.90 for 3 months without my permission. I stopped payment at Bank but when called trackerley I was greeted by a thieving fool who kept repeating himself and being incredibly unhelpful. If this company were local I would go there myself ---SHAME ON YOU THIEVES.

Absolute scammers, came across their website whilst looking for a parcel I'd ordered from Germany, was charged a £1 to find the parcel which I was happy with me. Found it today they are charging £24.90 a month for nothing. Do not use trackerley

Scam. 18/1 and 19/1 took 29.50 each day contacted bank and they have cancelled my card reported fraud and refunding me.
I’m not usually so naive but I have been waiting for a delivery for nearly 3 weeks so thought it was to do with them.

So far so good. I read that i will have to pay a lot more if I don't cancel, the cancellation wad right on the link I then screen shot it!
And just to check I phoned a very curtious lady and man who i didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds for to confirm that they will not be taking any more money out. I would like to give it 4 stars because they were so good. It would be 5 if the tracker located my two parcels. I'll update on here if i get any more charges removed. So far so good.

I’ve been waiting for a parcel that I ordered on 7th dec. I emailed this company for an update and was told to follow a link for tracking, link was for payment. I have replied to this email and still waiting for a reply. I don’t see why people should have to pay for track a delivery. A fraudulent business with a veneer of legitimacy. They invite you to pay £1 to track your parcel. By making this payment you unwittingly authorise them to extract £24 each month from your account. Making these extractions is of course their real business. If you fall for it, block the payments as soon as possible.
