I ordered scale one month ago received it and it isn’t working. I have reached out to customer service twice without any response.

The Bluetooth is not working at all. I can't use the app on my phone either. There is no way to set up my account, I am beyond frustrated. I can't reach anyone by phone. I am looking for a full refunded.

Buyer beware! This company does not have a working app. I contacted them right away once I received the scale and found no app available. The company has an address in CA, but upon checking, it appears to be a residential address, and they ship from China. There are numerous indications that suggest fraud. I have emailed them more than 10 times, and they do nothing but give me the run around on returning the item. The last I heard, they offered me 30% back, and they didn't want to scale it back, citing that they are a "green" company. I have now involved my financial institution. I am hopeful I can save someone else the time and money loss.

I wish I could give this negative stars. I never write negative reviews but this is exceptionally bad. I purchased my scale 7/24/25 and have yet to receive it. I keep just getting automated messages stating it is packaged and ready to ship. Hands down, the worst online customer service experience I have ever had.

They never sent the scale. Its been a month and a half now. They keep responding with generic emails saying due to complications my shipment was delayed. They say its ready to ship. Problem is, it never ships. Going on over 6 weeks. Still hasn't shipped. I believe they are a scam. Buyer beware. Don't waste your money

The scale is junk and does not work with the app. The website guarantees a 30 day return. I reached out to get instructions as nothing comes in the package. This is the response I received from them !!

Horrible customer service. Took over a month to receive. Customer service kept giving me the runaround and excuses on shipping. Slow to respond. Pathetic excuses. Went to ask for return when it finally arrived and got an email back telling me how to address issues with the app (?). Don’t bother with this scale or company.

Very little communication from them, you get a email saying your order will be shipped in 24-48 and then crickets, no tracking number nothing. I emailed them asking for a refund and they would give me one and kept making excuses. Then a week later after emailing again they said they would give a partial refund because the warehouse wasn’t communicating with them, a week after that they sent the item. The product is shite, it’s fine if you want it just as a scale but it’s a f$&king expensive scale for that. The app is very limited, I don’t think there is hardly anything in their barcode database because I scan products and it says barcode not found. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Save your money. The video and pictures are of the etekcity scale an vesync app. They just duplicated the scale put their name on it and sold it to me for $80. They have an app that doesn’t work. Everything they claim was stolen from etekcity. I have contacted them over and over to send it back to get my money back and nothing. Crazy thing is the real company and brand is half of that payment. So these people are really scamming you. I do don’t know how I am going to get my money back but safe yourself from being in the same predicament. If you really want one get the etekcity one. Trackwelco needs to be taken down.

They do not have an app for Android and this scale requires an app to use. I reached out a couple of weeks ago about the app. They said they have updated it and it would be available in 2 days. 9 days later still no app. Reached out to them again, no response. I also ordered 3 container set and only received 1 container. They still have not addressed this issue weeks later.

The ad and info on the website say you can use the scales in conjunction with an app - so you scan the barcode of an item, weigh it and it will break down the nutritional information on the screen. I received the scales, and went to download the app, only to find there was no such app in the Play Store. I connected them, they directed me tk a very similar titled app (two 'll's not one). When I opened this app it asked me to log in - no option to register. I emailed them again and they replied to say there was no option to register, the app was still under construction. I then asked gor a refund and have since received three emails asking for further information ao they can process my refund, but none that will tell me how to do it. I smell a scam. Don't fall for it.
