First thing's first, their products are really wonderful. My wife is so incredibly happy. She wasn't comfortable writing a review, but I had to write one just because the joy this company's products give her. We bought three different products, and we couldn't be anymore happier.
Second, their customer service is absolutely amazing. I emailed asking about an extra cord for a product that was discontinue, and vivian went out of her way to look for an extra cord and send it to be free of charge.
This type of company deserves more customers!

Rose is one of the best customer service workers I've had the privilege to come in contact with. She does everything she can to help the person she is talking to. Its hard to find people that are like this anymore. Stay great. And I appreciate everything that you did for us. Thank you again.

Im going to say this if you are in Customer Support you might want to forget everything you have been taught and spend a week watching and listening to everything Rose from customer care does and says. Anytime I have reached out to her or my wife has, Rose has done anything and everything in her power to help and make my wife satisfied. THANK YOU ROSE YOU ARE AWESOME AND A GREAT PERSON!!!

I have never signed up for emails from this company. I have never purchased anything from this company.

Now they are emailing me and their unsubscribe link doesn't work. So I'm getting emails I do not want with no way to stop them. The emails are coming to a Work address. It's not appropriate. In my state, it is illegal to not provide a working unsubscribe option.

I had lost the charger to a device I purchased almost 5 years ago and when I requested to buy a replacement they went ahead and sent me a whole new kit and charger. Rose is the one who helped me out and I am very gracious for the generosity in prioritizing customer satisfaction. Tracy's Dog has earned my respect and continued support. Great products and even better customer service - you can't go wrong.

Received item that was no longer needed. Requested a refund. Package was unopened and factory sealed and they tried to BS me that “the seal was broken” so they couldn’t take it back even tho I sent confirmed pictures of it being unopened. Do not trust.

Customer service is the worst! They do not care about taking care of loyal customers. I purchased an item from another website, but their warranty says that they cover the item regardless of where you bought it. It’s not working and I reached out to them. I explained to them that I have bought many items from them and what I liked or disliked about those items They offered to send me a replacement but it was one of the items that I told them that I absolutely did not like from when had purchased it. They asked me to write a positive review on Trustpilot they would send me the item that I wanted. I wrote the positive review and sent a screenshot to them, but they still sent me the item that I told them that I did not like. I feel like if they did that on purpose, knowing well that they were never going to give me the item that I really wanted. It has been weeks now and still no resolution.

An ex bought me one of the TD toys - I'm not geeky enough to know which one. Over time I lost the remote control but the company would not even sell me another one because I didn't have the receipt. I'd split up from the ex at that point and wasn't about to ask him to help me with this. They wouldn't even SELL me a new remote. Mind blowingly incomprehensible. Why not??! I tried several times but could not convince them that that was ridiculous! Time went by. Eventually I missed the toy so I bought another one and it is not even close to as good as the first one. Don't know what they've changed but I don't like it, rarely use it and wish I hadn't wasted the money.

Bought the OG 2 because the one I had for years finally died on me. It turns out there’s a new suction mechanism that I actually don’t love…so now I’m going back to buy the OG because it seems it still has the same suction

Every purchase I've made with Tracys Dog were all amazing! They offer several levels of pleasure and are fun to use. Tracysdog offers multiple varieties of sizes and pleasures.

Let me start by saying that I just love Tracy's Dog toys. I have almost all of them I'm an avid collector lol. Well I had bought one off Amazon, Tracy's Dog Thrusting Dildo, a must have btw, and I had only used it a couple times and it stopped working which is rare because I never have any problems with their toys I've even fallen asleep with their toy and woke up and it was still running! Needless to say I always forget to register my toys for the warranty. Then I became a tester for their products and I chose the Swirli, another MUST HAVE btw, I think I may have done something wrong because it stopped working, when you see the toy it's a little unusual but once you figure it out omg so I contacted someone at Tracy's Dog and they got back to me within one day and with a little back and forth they put me in contact with Rose, their Amazon liason, I just had to show I got the toys off Amazon and within 3 days I had both toys shipped to me! I was very happy cuz like I said, I always forget to register for the warranty. Rose was so pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you Rose!! ❤️

I had a problem while placing my order. The shipping cost ended up being higher than the website indicated it should be for an order was being shipped to a US address.

I contacted the support team via email and they were fairly quick in offering a reasonable solution. So I would say as of now I think the customer service for Tracy’s Dog company is quick and responsive when you have an issue.

Love the products! I have 4 now. EXCELLENT customer service. They don't make it weird :). They even replaced a toy that I didn't like once.

Second time buying one and the Magic Wand exceeds expectations. Wish there was more clarity on shipping times and an option to select expedited shipping. Orders are not fulfilled very quickly. More than 24 hours and no tracking info or any progress beyond an order confirmation.
