Tradebox has been a revolutionary piece of software within our business, allowing us to run multiple stores with ease.

The support team is second-to-none, offering simple-to-understand instructions with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Their offline support is also superb for times when you need a quick fix.

The system has been consistently updated, with any bugs or errors kept almost to zero - where any are experienced, these are patched incredibly quickly and effectively.

Tradebox is highly recommended to anyone within the sales market.

This app has honestly helped our business in so many ways!
We have many inventory issues due to having BOM based stock, so we have tried various systems including unleashed (don't bother!) and finally this year we made the move over to sage which wouldn't have been possible without tradebox.
Tradebox's integration with amazon and shopify have made it possible to manage and import orders and invoices as well as uploading stock INCLUDING those made up of BOMS and component parts! This has completely changed the way we work and has streamlined our business no end!
I cannot thank Tradebox enough!

Had a problem with Sage v28.1 not talking at any speed to Tradebox (or vice versa) Sage were little to no help at all, Tradebox (Steve) simply amazing, he removed Tradebox and reinstalled, he took a dummy copy and put it on another computer (local to them), changed quite a few things and after a few hours came back with a working solution. i cannot speak highly enough about the team at Tradebox, all working well now - if you are looking for invoice link software for eBay to sage, look no further than Tradebox.

I've used them now for over 5 years and if there is one thing that sums them up it's "support". Hands down one of the best companies I've used.

We have had some critical issues arise (no fault of TB) and they have always been on hand to fix the issue.

If you're considering them then I highly recommend them if technical support and a solid platform is important to you.

We needed a program that would integrate with our Sage program and Bluepark (Website Host) We can now upload live stock to our website as well as posting and creating invoices in Sage. Tradebox support have been extremely helpful in getting our system automated. The software is proving to be easy to use and efficient!

Fantastic customer support, the onboarding experience has been excellent and whilst there have been some minor issues, as there always is when adopting new software, the Tradebox team have gone out of their way to help us fix them asap.

The product itself is proving to be a real success for us. Any teething problems we have had have been sorted quickly. The support team are very knowledgable and helpful.

Without doubt one of easiest companies to do business with. The Tradebox software has saved us tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of pounds in labour over the years, we could not have grown to the size we are without them.

In the unlikely event that you do have a technical issue the support team is second to none. Don't think twice, give them a call, you will not regret it.
