What I loved about them is that they spotted a potential conflict during the clearance search that I had missed. they adjusted the strategy accordingly. The adjustment was minor but important, and the agent explained the reasoning well. No issues from the USPTO after that. All thanks to Alex, he was helpful and humble.

I chose Trademark Silicon's extension service because I wanted an easy and reliable solution. Overall, my experience was good. The team was helpful and customer support was responsive. However, sometimes updates were a bit slow, and I had to follow up to get the latest status. Improving communication would make the experience even better.
