Honestly expected more for the price. There are cheaper resources that explain the same things better.
There’s a lot of content, but it’s not clear where to start. I kept jumping between sections and still felt lost.Something went wrong in my learning.
Im extremely disappointed with the company's performance. Their attitude toward clients leaves much to be desired; they show little attention or respect. I expected a more professional approach and transparency, but this did not happen. I hope the company will reconsider its approach; as of now, I have decided not to do business with the company after several interactions with their team.
I expected clearer and more specific educational content, but my expectations weren't met by what I saw. The information seemed too general, without clear explanations of the structure of the learning process or what exactly it involved. After my experience, I lost the desire to return to the platform or explore it further.
I tried contacting the company by phone several times at different times, but the line was always down. No answering machine, no alternative instructions - just silence. It's hard to feel trust in such a situation, especially when the issue requires urgent clarification. I submitted a request online, but I still can't confirm whether anyone received it. The lack of effective communication significantly spoils the overall impression.
I needed immediate contact, so I called, but the line was unavailable. I tried at different times, but to no avail. Ultimately, I had to find alternative methods of contact, which took a very long time.
I was shocked when I was asked to connect through a remote desktop tool to “help” with the payment process. This raised serious red flags for me. Giving someone remote access to my device to complete a transaction feels extremely unsafe and unprofessional. No legitimate financial service should require this. I immediately refused and stopped all interaction after that experience.
The staff is unresponsive! 😡
I have been trying to call their office for help for two days - their line is unresponsive. There is no way to get a hold of anyone. There is no post sale service.
I reported them to my bank and started a dispute with Visa for my purchase.
It is a front for a scam!
I saw a convincing advert for a new autotrading software and registered my phone number. Immediately, I got a phone call from England, and the operator said she was from Tradingprof where I need to make a payment. She sent me a link to pay a $250 startup fee, which I, unfortunately, did. She then connected me to a broker, Emilia K. from Nova Trade, who was advising me on how to use the software and convinced me to invest $2,000 more. In the end, this turned out to be a scam! My broker ignored my emails and I could not log in to the dashboard with my balance. I tried to contact Tradingprof who initially took my payment, and they say they don’t know Nova Trade or Emilia!
They are crooks and money launderers!
