Distance Learning: The Virtual Clinic and mobile app are seamless—perfect for studying theory during commutes or late at night.

Support: Even as a remote student, the Learner Success team is incredibly responsive via phone and email if you get stuck on anatomy or nutrition worksheets.

The Content: The Level 3 modules provide a solid foundation in human anatomy and physiology, which is essential before moving to more advanced specialisms.

The Challenge: Don't underestimate the practical filming requirements for distance study—you'll need a gym space and a "client" to record your assessments.

Bottom Line: A high-quality, CIMSPA-recognised course that gives you the confidence to start your career immediately.

I chose TrainFitness for an Exercise to Music diploma based on online reviews & I haven’t regretted it. This is a change of career for me so I was nervous at first to embark on a new learning adventure. I have studied remotely & their customer service has been invaluable for helping me through. I particularly enjoyed studying over the colder, winter months so I am interested in choosing another course at the end of the Summer.
There was a lot of course content to learn but it was broken down into manageable sections. It was also useful to have web based access to learning as well as app based. Having both provided learning flexibility for a busy lifestyle.
I have found the course content to be very interesting, I have learnt so much both personally & professionally.

I have just completed a gym and personal trainer course. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding experience made so by your professionalism and knowledge, which has given me the tools and confidence to move forward in my chosen career.

Really enjoying completing my course- despite being a distance e-learner I've had such great support, especially from Steel who has helped me out immensely and pointed me to some great resources. It's a really well programmed course that's lots of fun to study too!

I enrolled on a level 2 and 3 PT course using the in-person method, and due to personal circumstances had to keep postponing the in-person portion until the last availability. But Learner Success (customer service) was very kind and supported me through all that, and when I finally attended I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Ben is a great teacher and clearly knows his stuff, and imparts his wisdom succinctly and empathetically.
I began using the knowledge I was learning immediately in my own training, and can't wait to use it for others.
The groups I was with were also fantastic - I know there's no control of this but I was very fortunate to be learning with very like-minded people and we all gelled well - it was a pleasure to come learn every day and missed it when it was over.
The online portions of the course are well put together and easy to navigate.
I won't hesitate using TRAINFITNESS in the future for further learning.

You’re only given 6 months to complete the at home study option, which is impossible to do when the vast majority of people work full time/have kids to take care of etc so they can only do the course in their limited free time. Once you’ve paid for the course you should be able to complete the at home study option in your own time.

I would highly recommend Train Fitness.
I’ve just completed the Exercise Referral course by distance learning. The course content itself was exactly what I needed for my job and it was explained well in good detail. The portfolio also was also very clear in terms of what I had to complete and what I was being assessed on.
The staff are great at replying to any queries quickly, they really do make you their priority and my assessment was assessed in great time. The loveliest touch was having my assessor call me do a follow up after I passed which really is the icing on the cake.
This is my second course with Train Fitness and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another one. Thanks Train Fitness.

Just finished my GI and PT course with Train and although at first I was overwhelmed with the amount of learning to do and having not studied since I was at school I was really helped by the tutors. The E-classes were useful and I was guided through my assessments and even enjoyed them. If you’re thinking of becoming a fitness professional, I say do it and do it with Train Fitness who support you all the way to changing your career.

I really recommend TrainFitness. I am a distance learner and just finished the gym and personal trainer course. I cannot thank you enough guys. You made this experience such a pleasure for me and I will be back to do more with you.

Trainfitness hire some professionals to do their review responses and fair play too them, they will reply to this to justify the lack of support and professionalism. So to avoid the large justification reply I will not read, I will keep it short as possible.
-Not worth the value due to barely qualified tutors who know little to nothing and drag out the day to justify the price.
-Extra payments, even for the certificates to be printed on simple paper.
-little to no structure

I completed level 2 & 3 personal trainer course. I had a great Time. Ben our instructor was fantastic! He made it so fun and engaging. Setting us up for sucess and helping all of us out wherever he could. If you're lucky enough to have him you'll have the best time!

Amazing tutor. It was a good experience and so educational. Rob was awesome with his teaching and direction. Also allowing us to contact him when we were struggling. Really beneficial course and helped me towards my future
