ABC Trainerize Avis 89

Literally the best addition to my coaching stack this year. Managing 40+ clients on spreadsheets was leading straight to burnout. Trainerize centralized all my programming, macro tracking, and client check-ins so I can actually focus on scaling my business instead of doing endless admin work. My clients are hitting new PRs and community engagement is off the charts. Highly recommend to any fit-pro ready to level up their roster.

I’ve been a client of this company’s PT software for almost a decade. For a long time they were a great company. But something changed a couple of years ago and it hasn’t been the same since. Their app and online platform is constantly glitching, they have recurrent service outages and their customer service gives you canned responses when you reach out to them with no apologies for the service disruption. And then they hide comments on their social media from clients expressing their frustration at not being able to run their business efficiently with this system. It is going to take me a lot of time and work to move my clients and my data to a new system but on principle I will so I stop paying this company for their complete lack of service.

I Can’t get access and I’ve tried changing my password but I don’t get the email to change the password useless
Plus the programs take forever to do as you have to scroll through every exercise if the name is different. Would be better to have them in anatomical order

I’ve used Trainerize for a few years now. I’d like to say it’s because I’ve been really happy with it, but honestly, the main reason I’ve stayed is that it took me such a long time to add my own videos and build out my 3 month programme. I’ve never found the system easy to use, it felt complicated and clunky from the start, and getting set up took ages. Having just received poor customer service, I’ve decided it’s time to start looking into alternative software that’s hopefully simpler and quicker to use.

Good platform but difficult to cancel when asked. Then charges for the duration of the time when you are trying to contact to cancel. Glitches not allowing you to cancel. Disappointing after years using the platform. Poor customer service.

There is no way to cancel on either the mobile or PC app. So I spoke to my trainer and asked if my 3-month paid period would be charged again automatically, and I was told no, and that if I chose to continue, it would be a reduced charge. I just got charged again on my credit card. I have contacted and asked about this and have received no response. Previous responses were within hours.

Horrible app and worse customer service. The app used to be good but now it is dated and is absolutely useless since it has been taken over by ABC. They have incorrectly billed me on multiple occasions and even when I have provided screenshots as proof that the systems aren’t working they are unhelpful. The same issues have been happening for over a year and after multiple complaints their solution was to credit me $12. I would not trust this company with your bank details if you do not want much higher charges than what you sign up for.

Updated to add - I have contacted support a number of times over months and the only resolution offered was a $12 credit when I have been overcharged significantly more and have sent the screenshots to prove it and to prove the systems don’t work. When I read the response to my review I reached out for help again and no one has responded for over a week.

I am not understanding the good reviews.
The app is not user-friendly whatsoever.
As for the look and feel, I'm sure some octogenarians could do a better job...

This is a really great app to use not only for trainers but for clients as well. Super easy to use I’ve replay enjoyed using this.

I purchased a workout program from empearsonfitness through Trainerize, and after payment I lost access to everything. When I reached out, she replied saying Trainerize was having issues and she was “in contact with them” and would “get back to me asap.”

Instead, I was blocked on every platform — Trainerize, Instagram, and even email. No follow-up, no refund, no explanation. Just gone.

This is incredibly dishonest and unacceptable. I trusted her as a fitness professional and got absolutely nothing in return.

If you’re considering buying from empearsonfitness, be careful. Once you pay, there’s no guarantee you’ll get anything — and if something goes wrong, you’ll likely be ignored and blocked like I was.

Love the platform their is everything for my business

Ease of use is great
One thing that I don’t like is that I can manually add the macronutrients that I’ve calculated

I have used ABC Trainerize in the past, having returned I saw the additional benefits and have been impressed.

This App. helped me before it helped my clients. Excellent articles and great tips that keeping me motivated , creative and updated with new ideas. Thank you 😊
