Disliked having to buy additional parts to install the engine guard. The bolts required were listed with the wrong thread pattern so emails and phone calls were required to sort out the issue along with an additional trip to get another set of bolts. Why don’t they come with the product.

Helpful advice in choosing parts. Ease of ordering.

The only difficulty I experienced was communication. It was impossible to speak with anyone and although some emails were responded to within a day, some took up to two weeks before I got a response.

Everything was attended to and resolved.

Trakka have always been very helpful with any issues. I have been able to contact them when needed for advice. 12 monthly house services have kept my vehicle chugging along happily.

I ordered four individual parts for my vehicle which was processed and sent with tracking within the specified time and all pieces arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the products and service. Thank you

The person I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. even after the sale. if I was to purchase a new van I would definitely speak with this guy even though he might not be in the sales area.

Poor quality of workmanship and not great customer service. Needs to look after customers that are buying expensive motorhomes. Half filling a diesel tank on a $250k purchase is ridiculous.

We purchased a Jabiiru J2 (AWD long wheelbase/high roof Mercedes Sprinter) some 14 months ago. We have been absolutely delighted with the way it handles and the quality fit-out.
We recently had it in for its 12 month service which was very reasonably priced and were very happy with the report and tips received from Daniel.
Trakka are clearly a trustworthy and quality company with a great range and excellent after sales service.

Friendly staff. Long but enjoyable wait for vehicle with tea/coffee available.Helpful handover of vehicle.However some dirty handprints on various sections of the vehicle were hard to remove(after the vehicle was delivered newly washed).Horrix clips for blinds were not available and we were to be advised where we could get them from but have not heard anything as yet.
