Nearly a scam, Very Tricky
Trama checks the registered TM list in China only once you have paid for the service. Then they inform you that the risk is much higher than initially announced. Thus, your chances to see your brand trademarked in China becomes very uncertain. They offer you to reimburse you for the service, but only for the service in China. Thus you pay for all other countries but you pay for nothing as you are not protected in China and cannot safely manufacture your products in China without the risk of your products being restricted from being exported.

Not a company I'd recommend because their lawyers recommend classes you don't actually need, to increase their profits and they really don't make an effort with the assessments.
I was going to register my trademark through this company but I applied for 2 assessments, each one contained different countries and different features but they treated it as the same application. They quoted me for an education class when the information I provided for this particular assessment had absolutely nothing to do with the education industry.
It just shows how incompetent they are and how much they rush this process. You really can't trust them
Edit - it's a design business, and slick is not in the name so I'm not sure what this defence is about - but I would be worried about the privacy breach here. Kinda reinforces my point

First of all, thank you for your review. We do not have any customers in the database with the first name Helena and the second name starting with "T", so we will need to assume what trademark this is about.
If you have in mind the trademark starting with "Slick", I must say our team stands by their recommendations:
The description of the main service is the same for both requests, and the note you added in one of them does not change the scope of recommended protection (this refers to class 35).
In the case of education, we understand that the naming of the classes may be confusing. Class 41 covers not only education but is also related to publishing and text creation. Since your service is related to newsletters, it may be relevant.
Lastly, you used the word "digital products" in your product description, which is covered by class 9 (in some cases, even class 42 would be relevant).
While our legal team is assessing each request with utmost care (and for free), choosing an ideal set of classes is hard based on a few sentences in the description. Therefore, we suggest the most relevant ones in the report, but we can give you follow-up advice if needed. This is why we also offer free consultation, allowing us to understand your needs better. From what we understand, you did not request a consultation before writing this review.
You sent us two messages following up on the verification. In the first one, my colleague explained the issue related to class 41 (education/publishing); in the second one, we explained that the classes are merely suggested.
As for the price, while each extra class increases the cost of a trademark application, the price difference for additional classes is driven primarily by government fees.
