Unresolved Payment Issue.
Started working this April, my payments for April 6th to 11th isn’t reflecting though I have complied with credits and all, I was supposed to receive them yesterday (April 22nd) or April 21st. I emailed the HR/Support desk yesterday, they responded that my email template was wrong, So I wrote another one today, alongside with some photos that can be used as proof, with my login id as well… And now they won’t respond?

Well, I'm so grateful for being a Transcription Staff member. I'm happy to work with you and this is my main job at the moment and I'm not looking for other opportunities.
With that said, there are a few things that I would like to give feedback.
1. When doing QA, we come across some transcripts that are not complete or fully AI generated. For this reason, we have to generate the complete transcript ourselves. We are not compensated for doing this.
2. There are instances where a transcript is halfway done by a transcriber. The QA is then forced to work on all the undone minutes and yet the compensation is only for review.
3. On the work history dashboard, since we are paid every week, can we have a weekly summary (Monday to Sunday). At the moment you can only filter for monthly. So you have to manually calculate your earnings.
4. For work rejected by the client, can we have more details in terms of client feedback. I've only had one reject from the client so far and there was no feedback or communication given. In fact, I wouldn't have even realized that it was rejected. I contacted helpdesk and didn't get much feedback either. The feedback is important because it is a lesson not a loss.

About the AI Quality Feature - Quite Frustrating
I appreciate the consistency of the job availability. However, I do have a slight problem with the AI quality feature, you can spend hours working on a rather difficult audio or video, only for the AI to automatically send your work back for a revision. This can happen even when you've followed the client's instructions or guidelines provided in the transcriber guides (speaker labeling, punctuation, captioning guides). Thereafter, you then have to achieve a certain number of credits per week for the 80% payment to be made. This can be frustrating, especially when you've spent a considerable amount of time working on a task.
Just a suggestion, it would be nice if the file requiring a revision is sent back to the transcriber directly, and the problematic areas to be properly highlighted. Thanks.
Recommend, if you don't mind working hard
The work is a lot for sometimes little pay but there's always something to work on which I love. The support portals are also very good, being able to get live chat support 24 hours a day is so awesome. I've only worked on the platform for a week and already made some money which is a good conversion to my currency. I recommend if you don't mind working hard.
The worst employee employer experience…
The worst employee employer experience ever. It's either this people are scam or they just ride on people's blood no wonder they are hiring throughout because they terminate people's accounts as they please. Also they have the worst feedback for tasks done on their platform. What is AI have rejected. Show exactly at which point the work was poorly done show the corrections done otherwise I am convinced this is a scamming company.

It's too early to give an outstanding rating, so I'll give this 4 stars. I still haven't received any payment, but so far, the feedback system is great. It ensures accurate transcriptions for those who checks them. I would like to suggest that if there are mishears and other negative feedback, the staff should have a chance to see them, so that they would have some sort of reference in their future projects. I don't care about your company anymore. Show me the evidence where I submitted AI Transcribed work because I have never even submitted any AI Transcribed work. If you don't pay me I am going to take legal actions on you. Pay me the remaining amount or else let's meet in Court. I cannot work for almost a month and you fail to pay me. That is unacceptable!!!

Commision basis.
Commission basis. They will pay you based on your performance. However, what I loved about the company, is the admins are very considerate and easy to approach. And they always give you a chance to improve.
The Bonus is Great
I started with Transcriptionstaff around March of this year. It has been my best. They say on their website that if you reach 30+ credits you get 30% bonus. This is so true. Last week was my first time to reach that and I swear the bonus is huge. This is a real motivator and I believe I'll achieve even higher. Transcriptionstaff all the way!
you rate only works that you think are not done well
So, at first we were working together very well, I don't know why you rate only works that are not done well, and when someone does a good job the rating does not change, my last ratings were better than the earlier ones you gave me 5 star rating then you ended up terminating my account, until now, I still receive the notifications of the available jobs but can not access them because I was terminated, my Ip was IF10076

Immediate Termination Despite Employee Dedication is Unfair
The policy of immediately terminating accounts without any warning or chance to improve is not only unreasonable but also unfair to the hardworking freelancers who contribute to your platform.
I took a brief break due to illness and, during that time, was unaware of the rating. If there had been a warning system in place, I could have addressed this issue and proven my ability to consistently deliver high-quality work. Instead, my account was terminated without any notice, opportunity for correction, or even the chance to receive my pay after 300 minutes of audio time I've submitted.
It’s worth mentioning that I am not the only one who feels this way. Many freelancers are expressing their frustrations online about your lack of a fair warning system before termination. If you are seeing an increase in negative reviews, this is likely a major reason. Ignoring these concerns will only continue to hurt your company’s reputation. Deservedly so.

Honestly the worst experience, Transcription staff is not an equal employer, top it off they don't pay you for work done, I would never advise anyone to that company

The experience is not bad. The comments on my tasks are reasonable and their targets are achievable. The support staff are always there to assist. I haven't experienced the negative stuff that others are saying, maybe because Transcription Staff works quite well if you also produce quality work. One thing I want to improve, though, is to give other options for paying. I do have Paypal but I was taken aback by paypal's fund holding policy. Although the problem is with Paypal, at least Transcription Staff admin might want to consider other payment options if possible.
