I wanted to transfer an audio tape of a special song onto a format that meant that I could listen to it nowadays. The response to my initial query was prompt and helpful, the price was good, I received communication to say that my tape had arrived safely and I received a call to make sure that what was being transferred was correct. Return delivery was quicker than I had anticipated and I received the original audio tape back too. The quality of the transfer was very good.

It was easy to order the transfer of an LP fo a USB and George let me know he had received my LP. I was away for a few days and let George know and he arranged for the return of my LP and USB for the day after I got back. Price was reasonable and it is a good recording
