the product was exactly what i was…
the product was exactly what i was looking for. Although the images needed to be cleaned up by a digital artist, the turn around was quick.
the only thing i would like access to the png file for the images that we redone. I would like to be able to use them again in a future purchase but not specifically the gang sheet i ordered this time.

Order arrived and every sheet had stray ink on several images. Contacted customer service. No call back. Filled out their contact form, called, and emailed the next day. Finally spoke with Megan who had to constantly put me on hold because she did not have a clue. 45 minutes later they checked with art dept and found it was indeed THEIR error yet nothing they would do to get me new transfers now that it's Friday afternoon. Asked for a credit and no one has authority do do anything. Never could get a call back or response to emails. Only "your resolution has been updated" automated email. Finally get an email response from Maria who very obviously had no clue and had not read any of the communication and could not have cared less. Very frustrating and disappointing to see what has happened to a company that used to be incredible

The customer service i got was very very top notch . This is my company im going to from now on. Very noligable. Very fast shipping . but little high on shipping . You have to spend $100.00 i do believe or more to get free shipping. Got my transfers in 2 days .

Being able to make an order over the phone is great. One thing i see is we Need a spot where we can choose goof proof and others besides the default. But other than that its awesome. Ive had much success using your services!! Thumbs up.

you would have gotten 5 stars, but I ordered a sample kit about 3-4 week ago and I have not received it. i
would think these would be a #1 priority because these are people that are very likely to become customers(you could have these pre packaged). I was looking for someone to do transfer and a few of you competitors got there samples out within a week. But you have a GREAT customer service department. That's why i choose you for this order.

There were the registration marks on the sides of the designs we spent well over the minimum to get the ez rip. On the plus side the colors were amazing and will absolutely be ordering more.
