I recently attended a pre-recruitment event hosted by Transform International on Monday, January 13th, which was held to prepare us for the recruitment summit that took place today. Having that pre-event was such a fantastic idea as it gave me the chance to learn about schools I hadn’t previously considered and listen to some amazing speakers like Margaret Mullholland, Matt Campion, Yusuf McNulty, Kerry-Lee Schroeter and many more! Marc Ashford in particular, has such a talent for making these online events run so smoothly and effortlessly.

Earlier this month, on January 6th, I also joined their ‘Empowering Inclusion Webinar,’ which was incredibly informative. It gave great insights into the future of inclusion and SEND in the Middle East.

As someone new to the world of recruitment and job searching in the Middle East, I have to say Transform International has made the whole process so much easier and less overwhelming. Their frequent updates on LinkedIn keep you in the loop, and their quick email responses are a lifesaver when you need answers fast.

So many recruiters talk the talk but few walk the walk. I have had number one top-flight service from the leadership conference and the inspirational speakers to a team that fully supports my transition to a new position. The team followed through to make sure I had interviews scheduled and helped me through the process. The website is well laid out and easy to use to find your next position. The advance communication was excellent. Timely, relevant and not excessive.

The organisation of the day was smooth, clear, with excellent management systems in place to facilitate autonomy on the day.

Time was respected, with presentations not being delayed or running on. Any changes to the schedule were managed with clarity and flexibility.

The workshops were superb. Best PD I have received in a very long time despite their short duration they packed in a lot.

Sir Christopher Stone was the keynote speaker and delivered a relevant and engaging speech.

Follow up communication has been high quality and again, relevant and not excessive.

Highly professional team, with high standards and high levels service provision.
