I spent 2 weeks in Monteverde working on a coffee farm and Andres was my contact for taxis, trips and activities. He was full of good knowledge about the area and gave great recommendations on what to do!
It was really easy to contact him and every trip and activity I booked was organised really well with no hassle. It’s great to use and support a local family run business. I would recommend using Faro Travel while in the area!

I was volunteering in Monteverde on a farm and it was a remote place so we really needed a reliable transportation agency. This company helped me and my other volunteer friends so much especially because as students we made last minute plans, we’re on a tight budget and often changed our plans. However Andres (from the company) was very accommodating and gave us great prices and helped organise our last minute plans. He was also very accessible by phone even on holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Day. He also suggested lots of options and alternative solutions for our travel plans.

I was in Monteverde as a volunteer and Andres helped us every step of the way on any trip we wanted to go. He always offered us very good prices. The shuttles were very comfortable and the drivers are bilingual. Would definitely recommend !!!

Whilst my stay at a local cafe farm slightly outside of Santa Elena I was reliant on transport, to either get to the town or to other place. In that aspect Andres was very helpful, as he not only provided the transport but also organized our tours. Himself and the taxi driver were always very kind and helpful to us. He’s the plug!

I stayed at a coffee farm a little bit outside of Santa Elena and needed many taxis. They took care of everything. The process of being able to text or call whenever is amazing. This company made my trip more enjoyable. They were also very helpful giving us information about the area and helping us arrange tours. You should use them for any of your travel needs while here - taxis, tickets, etc!
